Confidence in communication
What do you like best about the product?
It syncs with other platforms and automatically offers suggestions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it suggests replacing terminology that is specific and international in my field. For example: In equity work "each and every child" may seem long and not succinct, but it is deliberate to emphasize individual differences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am an English second language speaker, and although I am highly educated (doctorate) it helps me feel confident about the writing I share with others.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
On the go suggestions work best without relying or opening another window. Collaboration with colleagues so Institutional knowledge is built and shared.
What do you dislike about the product?
Constant widget that keeps popping up on the screen hiding the content.

Reducing mistakes in the organisational publications and impacting brand content consistency in long term.

It is helping me place my thoughts in a concise and clean process.

The punctuation reminders are a bit overboard at times. Also, when I select your suggestion, sometimes you keep providing me with additional suggestions, which can waste time.

Very easy to integrate and make changes on the fly.

Sometimes it doesn't take writing style into account, and is pretty rigid on what it believes is the right way.

It definitely helps with focusing outlines and thoughts into single-flowing pieces.

That my company pays for it and they have company specific suggestions

It doesn't work on all pages and downloading an app on a desktop is stupid

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Grammarly is that it helps with correcting spelling and reorganizing sentences to make it sound more clear and professional. I work on a lot of legal documents and this software helps immensely. I use it daily for my emails, online (internet), and work documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no downsides. Sometimes there are too many suggestions, but I'd rather have too many than too little.

It helps with solving incorrect grammar, spelling, and restructuring sentences to sound more clear and professional.

An excellent copy editor
What do you like best about the product?
When you don't have another person around to help edit your work, Grammarly is there. It has helped me reconsider or change some of my writing habits, learning from my mistakes or giving me a different perspective. Plus, it helps the whole team communicate with one another, so fewer mistake happen.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Grammarly is too aggressive with tone, making suggestions that are technically true but not practical for different expressive styles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't always have another set of eyes, or someone who is trained at writing and editing copy, so this is a great resource for the sake of time and efficiency .
Great second set of eyes while typing emails
What do you like best about the product?
Grammar suggestions while typing emails. I type fairly quickly, so it's nice to have corrections for spelling mistakes and punctuation. It's also very easy to use because you can go about your normal typing and it helps you write better. I also like the tone summaries at the end of the week. It helps me understand if I need to sound more confident or less formal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't understand the context of my sentence and the suggestion that it provides doesn't make sense.

It makes my sentences better and corrects my errors while typing.
