What do you like best about the product?
It helps me not only speak clearer but also helps me and my team have a more accurate tonality for what we are trying to express.

These little things matter so much in sales and negotiations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be finicky about some words that are within the sales industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensure our company best represents itself in our writing (both in marketing and sales).

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to distribute the product easily among staff for mass use

The add-on pop up gets in the way sometimes, however, it is very helpful when it's used

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpfully, Grammarly offers a gut check in real-time. As my team writes, our brand voice is highlighted in a way that reminds us who we are writing for and we should be writing. It's active across our most used writing platforms, so it's in constant use. Activating it was as easy as flipping a virtual switch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Corrections can be misleading if they are followed too quickly or blindly. It's not 100% accurate, so it can actually be detrimental to a writer who isn't strong to begin with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helpful in maintaining a base level of writing and offering suggestions when we become too repetitive.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very "teachable" for our team - we have certain rules/style we follow and it's super easy to set those up for the team so we are all following the same rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost :( Would love to include our entire team of over 20, but it's cost prohibitive - so we only add a few key members
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us an additional tool for our already fantastic copy writers

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to know that what I am sending is coherent, has no spelling or grammar errors, and helps me to look more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
This may be a small thing but sometimes the little Grammarly helper gets in the way on whatever I am doing on my screen. It's a small thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping to ensure things that we put on our website and our newsletters is correct in every way.

I love how grammarly gives great writing critiques and allows the option to change words by providing a synonyms list if you double click on the word

I wish the homepage was easier to navigate.

grammar suggestions, gen AI features, ability to tune the tone of generated sentences

it gets struck often and shows error, also some suggestions to replace specific words doesn't go with context

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps with tone, which is very useful in customer service communications where context can be difficult to convey. The AI component is also really cool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the popups block view, and it's annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of my team are not great with grammar and proofreading emails prior to sending and it can undermine their skill and authority.
