Incredibly Helpful For Editing
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite part about Grammarly Business is its assistance in sentence revisions to improve my writing's clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly will give me suggestions that don't make sense with the writing context, so you still have to be vigilant that your writing is coherent, concise, and still delivers your intention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great for proofreading purposes!

Helps us to sound on-brand, professional, and without errors.

The enterprise account has some phenomenal tools like style guide, but they are a bit arduous to program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping prevent typos, rewrite things to sound more professional, and find better ways to phrase our message.

Grammarly is so convientent. It gives me such a sense of security that my professional communication is up to the standard I want it to be.

To be honest, I see no downsides to using Grammarly.

I am bad at grammar at spelling and it helps prevent me from making obvious mistakes.
Grammarly has really made an impact on my reports. It really makes a statement on my deliverables.

Grammarly is essential for our customer-facing team
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it seamless works across platforms- emailing in Outlook, drafting marketing emails in Active Campaign, setting tasks in Salesforce, etc.
I also love being able to set brand guidelines and tones and having Grammarly check those along with the typical spelling and grammar errors.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only nuance is that Grammarly tries to give synonyms that don't really make sense for the context (industry-specific language), but that's about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping our team feel confident in their messaging to cutomers and potential partners. It takes the guess work out of our emailing and allows us to keep the content digestible and understandable for the reader. It's always great to have a second pair of (AI) eyes before we hit the dreaded "send" button!

The web extension is great and I love all the suggestions I receive for better word choices, proper grammar, and sentence structure. I enjoy writing but can overthink around how to best say something, and Grammarly is making me more efficient in this area.

Sometimes there is a bug and the suggestion is inserted in the wrong place.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to double-check anything that is written before either publishing or sending it off to the client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was compatible with Microsoft excel. Also in Google docs, if you leave suggested edits Grammarly does not pick those up which is very inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We produce a lot of content at a fast pace, Grammarly ensures grammar and spelling errors are all checked before content is live.
Great, albeit sometimes buggy
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me most when I'm writing emails to clients, and want to make sure my grammar is good. I also enjoy the tone feedback settings to let me know how I am coming across to the client. I am using Grammarly as I write this review.
What do you dislike about the product?
My least favorite thing is it doesn't always connect to Gmail and Google products properly. It will tell me I have issues that need correcting, but it won't highlight what they are, or it just becomes disabled altogether. These bugs are rare but frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me understand my tone when responding to clients. Sometimes I worry about being too direct or passive, and Grammarly helps me correct that by providing tone feedback.

This is a fantastic product and a huge time saver!

I love the fact that it catches everything, but more importantly, the incorporation of AI makes quick finds very east.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could shut it off for certain documents - like scratchpad and things like that, instead of shutting it off for the entire Word application for an hour or however long. I don't want to be analyzed for wording used on things like a scratchpad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of mind that I can write quickly and go through and make my edits after I have all my thoughts on the table.
