It's a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to double check my work as I go. It's like having an efitor on hand 24/7
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more learning on style and flow of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work for a non-profit and we don't have money to have everything professionally checked. However, grammarly does that job for me, so I can concentrate on helping people out.

Revolutionary! I love using Grammarly business as it speeds up my work and makes me sound like a pro!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't appear and I have to log back in and even that doesn't work sometimes.

Faster and improved writing! More engaging content!
Gives you quick and easy methods for effective communication!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me write correctly and consisely. It helps correct spelling errors so easily. Really helps for effective communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the grammarly icon on my computer can't be moved and it blocks things from me. Like I cannot enter a chat response in because the icon is in the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping catch quick errors in every day life where we are moving fast.

Ease of use, it's available across all of my devices and apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not as easy to select between letters in a word and doesn't allow easy scrolling like default Apple keyboard on iOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI tools make it easy to write new emails and responses, and proof reading tools save significant amount of time - and I am able to rely on them fully.

I like how easy it is to use, it is always there when I need it.

I don't always like the suggestions, sometimes it tell me how to speak, which doesn't sound like me.

Critical add-on tool for interfacing with clients and creating content
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Grammarly business is its integration into the full suite of software that our organization uses internally (from Google Workspace, to browser application).
What do you dislike about the product?
The only semi-irritating thing is not being able to click and drag the application's browser overlay icon away from my writing space.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly allows us to ensure we have appropriate tone that matches our agency voice, and that outbound communications remain professional and error-free.
A Huge Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to spend more time writing and less time proof reading. I love that it integrates with lots of different applications.

It can run a little slow. It consumes a lot of system resources.

Nothing is simple and helpful! And it doesn't matter what system or program you're using; it always works!

Surprising value
What do you like best about the product?
I was hesitant to use Grammarly business at first since it seemed just like any other spell check but soon realised it helps doing much more than that suggesting better sentence structure, spelling and even punctuation. Use it if you tend to leave out commas and if you want better clarity in your weiting
What do you dislike about the product?
The recently launched Grammarly go is a hit or miss and also it the icon of Grammarly desktop interferes with the work. Also their extension seems useless as it doesn't work on most sites.
