Extremely useful tool that works seemlessly across multiple platforms and operating systems
What do you like best about the product?
That it works seemlessly across both Mac Mail, Gmail and Google Docs. Apple's spell check is woeful and Grammarly is valuable for longer emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has not been added to the Brave browser yet! PLEASE ADD IT!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Copy editing longer emails, marketing ad copy, and tone of specific documents
Easy to use and extremely helpful

I love that beyond the normal capabilities, I can see whether or not my writing matches the set tone and language that my company uses.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like everything about it. No notes.

It helps me ensure what I write and send to clients matches the tone and language of the company which helps with our credibility

It helps me polish and refine my emails and letters, and makes them sound more put together.

It is not always 100% accurate in its suggestions

It is so helpful and easy to use Grammarly Business! I added our style guide so the whole team is on the same page about the language we can and cannot use. So convenient for us! It's easy to implement and easy to use. I use it every single day! I'm literally using it to write this review.

I wish I could have even more team members on it!

We don't have a copywriter, so Grammarly is helping us use consistent language and write well even though we aren't trained writers.

Maybe the screen intrusion but tbh I don't dislike anything about grammarly

Super helpful for catching simple typos that are easily overlooked.

The Chrome extension's ability to highlight errors within most text boxes

Cannot be used in all website text boxes and started suggesting too many ocmmas
