Grammarly is so valuable across all our business platforms
What do you like best about the product?
As a manager, I know that Grammarly is helping to pick up common errors in our copy and reports, making proofing and approving work faster and more efficient. I appreciate that Grammarly Business works across emails, google docs and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it doesn't load or I have to refresh on certain pages, but it is usually a quick fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving me a lot of time proofing, and helping me identify trends in the way I write and mistakes I make.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Grammarly is that it cuts down the brain power I need to use when reviewing documents for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little icons get in the way of what I'm trying to see.

Grammar mistakes like forgetting commas

It helps me be more professional and spell correctly. I have sloppy spelling and I love the new AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not work in slack. I have to highlight it a few times to stick, and sometimes it cuts words off in hubspot.

It helps me say things in a more professional manner. I love AI assistant because I can write the short gist of what I want to say and have it spat back out in corporate speak.

Helpful for me when writing blog posts. Great tool

Sometimes, the tool can get in the way when I am creating graphics on Canva

it helps us make sure our blog posts are good
Invaluable Asset to all Documents
What do you like best about the product?
It works well at picking up on the tone of my writing and suggests corrections that make the text easier to understand and less wordy.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the corrections are not applicable to exactly what I am trying to say.

Taking a very wordy text and making it more concise and easier to understand.
Cannot imagine life without it
What do you like best about the product?
I rely on Grammarly Business to quickly and professionally respond to work emails. I love how it improves my writing to match the desired tone of the conversation, and I value how much it improves the overall content of my message to be more succinct, clear, and direct.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the word swap recommendations are not totally right, but I would say that happens only rarely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quickly and succinctly responding to emails, improving written copy and drafts, editing material for other team members, etc.
Good tool for business communications
What do you like best about the product?
I can see the history of my employees' work, allows me to better standardize client-by-client writing styles and tones when I see mis-steps
What do you dislike about the product?
The Google Chrome extension can be quite meddlesome in how prominent the overlay can be, often causing me to uninstall it for long periods of time.

Standardizing client-by-client communications, standardizing tones.
Makes Emailing a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to correct my sentence structure. Helps me formulate my opinions my effectively and concisely.

Lots of highlights that can be annoying at times when doing something quick.

Helps me write my emails to clients and make sure that I sound professional and competent.
Excellent Software, Slightly Too Expensive
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is great, it has helped us transform the writing of our employees. The implementation is great and the support was excellent in helping with issues that we found. We use Grammarly daily and all our employees love the amount of features and how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly is a little overpriced for us to role out to all our employees.

It is helping us write better emails with customers and write product descrtipions.
