Ease of use in that I can hop on any program and use it any time.

Cost. Price can get a little steep and difficult to work into the budget.

Really Reliable and a Clutch to My Copy
What do you like best about the product?
It really helps with my tone and also being succint in copy that I didn't realize could be optimized.

Sometimes, it corrects me when it's clearly wrong.

It helps with my branding and reminds me that I need things capitalized. It also helps with my tone which is amazing. I also love the grammatical help as well.

Helpful Professional Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps me format, and maintain my grammar and punctuation, and gives suggestions that are easily accessible. It is a great professional tool that I use daily.

Sometimes the popups do block what I am trying to work on, and are challenging to move.

Sometimes I make spelling errors or misplace punctuation.

Excellent for tracking tone
What do you like best about the product?
I am a very casual typer by nature, and Grammarly helps adjust my language and sentence structures in a more professional way when communicating with colleagues and clients. It's been a huge help!
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop app popup often blocks text boxes no matter how often it's moved away, and that can get annoying. Not enough to stop using the app though.
