Great tool for professional writing
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is very useful for professional writing without any grammatical errors. It helps communicate with customers very efficiently and proficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a while to auto-correct the sentences/statement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My first language is not English. However, it helps me communicate with the customer professionally and effectively. The customer couldn't differentiate between English as a first-language versus a non-English speaking person.
My experience with Grammarly Business
What do you like best about the product?
I am addicted to Grammarly. As a non-native English speaker, I constantly seek ways to improve my writing skills. Since my emails are 90% business-oriented, I find Grammarly's recommendations paramount. The new features and suggestions are fantastic. I often change my emails' tone depending on the message I want to relay.
What do you dislike about the product?
What sometimes makes me confused is the suggestions that keep changing. I accept one recommendation, and then a second one changes the one I accepted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I ensure that all my emails are correct grammar-wise, and I often check the tone of my messages. I also find the vocabulary side very useful as I use the exact words repeatedly. Moreover, I also use the rephrasing bit with the sole purpose of ensuring my content is clear and the reader has a good understanding of the message I am trying to convey.

English is not my first language, so it has helped me communicate better and more effectively. I've also been able to expand my vocabulary and use different expressions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes depending on the internet connection, it can replace in a different part of the text the suggestions made. In general, it works well but this can be frustrating when you have to get it done fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me develop better sentences, communicate in a more professional way, and expand my vocabulary. It constantly challenges me to find out ways to improve my English.
Day to Day with Grammerly
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business allows me to write emails without worrying about simple grammatical errors. It even checks my spelling for my spreadsheets, PDF documents, and more. Grammarly is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that I do not use the Grammarly app as much as I use the Grammarly extension. I also find that Grammarly, like most computer revision software, has a tendency to correct things that do not need to be corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write lots of emails day in, day out. I send emails not just to my main team but to my supervisor, lead engineer, and even to other departments to get infomation out. Grammarly helps to ensure that I have well-written emails and other forms of documentation. This includes spreadsheets, index sheets and cover pages.
Amazing tool for the fast moving working professional
What do you like best about the product?
As a sales leader working for a fast-paced startup, responding to emails, typing reports and even sending messages on the go is all part of daily life. Grammarly is an awesome and intuitive tool designed for the working professional that adapts to your tone and language usage depending on your specific role. The suggestions are at least additional food for thought and it quickly captures mistakes when you're moving (typing) fast which is helpful. Highly recommended!

Helps me catch simple grammatical errors when typing reports or responding to emails and also helps suggest specific language based on my tonality and historical usage.
Excellent tool for writers
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and very accurate. Works fast and has a lot of personalization features depending on company style or guidelines. Great tool for writers or marketers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The emojis sometimes are not as clear as they could be, sometimes im unsure if I have any errors. I wish it gave a few options to rephrase or re-word certain things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up work-related tasks and makes me feel more secure about the work that am i doing. Saves a lot of time in the long run which is invaluable. Very useful as it works on a lot of different apps and sites.
Grammer check + Spell check in one
What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent plugin tool that checks for spelling, and grammar. It also helps to better structure sentences to be more precise. It is a beneficial professional tool. It is like having someone look over your shoulder and review your emails and correspondence as you write them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It does not work seamlessly with all of the applications that we use. Unfortunately, it is not easy to turn Grammarly on when it does not auto-launch for a program.

Grammarly helps me to be more professional in my written communication by proofing what I type. This helps me achieve my goal of being a better communicator professionally.
Best in the class for AI writting
What do you like best about the product?
Is easy to use, and their recommendations are always on the point of what you are trying to say but give more clarity and a good tone to your message.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the desktop app is bugged in some systems (However this has improved a lot) Grammarly doesn't work in some sites (Specially in forms)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For non-English speakers, we can lack confidence when writing an e-mail, an article, or any other business-related content; with Grammarly, this is not a problem as they ensure to make it readable, clear to everyone, and give the best recommendation about the tone that you want to sound.

Once installed, it is always available, and once you have written the content with your heart, Grammarly helps you to transform the text in a way that looks a whole lot nicer to read in the end.

What do you dislike about the product?
My major browser in use is Microsft Edge, and I don't know if this is an issue with my browser or overall, but sometimes the suggestions do not work correctly. We must return to the original text and use the Grammarly suggestions again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I just simply write whatever I want to write without thinking of the grammar or even spellings, and then user Grammarly to proofread my text for me, and once done, it looks much much better as compared to what I had written.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool was already useful as it is, but with the new features added and the fluidity of the concept woth regards to work flow and interconnectivity with your work peers, it is impressive
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, as all AI tools are nowadays, it is still on its early days that the tool is still learning and needs refinement. The UI is also a bit bland for my taste, otherwise everything seems ok
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its solving mainly the need to retype/ resend emails that have incorrect thoughts and typographical errors. It creates more interconnectivity with the applications that you already use.
