Grammerly Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like most how it corrects my spelling mistakes. I am naturally really bad at spelling, so because of Grammarly, I will get much better grades on assignments with the help of my spelling.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that Grammarly sometimes tries to change my sentences to not use a passive voice because some of the assignments I do require that voice and talk about the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammerly Business is helping me solve problems with my emails. I am not the best writer and have difficulty writing a correct email, so Grammarly helps by correcting my spelling, punctuation, and tone of voice.
An easy was to improve your writing!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business makes your writing better. I like the verb/tense agreement suggestions and punctuation suggestions. I also enjoy checking the tone of my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
In short messages such as Slack, it doesn't recognize slang and short talking. At times it doesn't pick up on my company's acronyms or use of words.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Setting a good writing example for my team.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly in general. It's spell check on steroids. It makes great recommendations for concise language and corrects many of my errors. It helps me reduce the amount of time checking my work. It's a very reliable software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it worked better in excel. A lot of the world functions in excel and Grammarly doesn't work well in excel. If it worked there it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me be more efficient with my time and write practical and concise emails.
Necessary tool for any support team
What do you like best about the product?
Snippets, I love them! I enjoy the deciphering of tone in my text; it cues me in quickly to when I need to rethink the tone of my messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the software has started recognizing questions for users (vs. stated requests) as not confident. I don't understand the logic behind this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Storage for common replies in the form of snippets.

Preciseness, loving the fact that my grammar is correctly and fit to the situation it should be. Loving thee design as well. love the fact that the service could be used free
What do you dislike about the product?
taking time, sometimes takes bit too long to loads. Also identifying the mistakes is a bit time consuming process. could have been better if it is not that way to long

A quick way to check for accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps my emails professional so that I present myself well to others. Sometimes this is the first impression you make!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always correct corrections. I do find I need to check to see if what is suggested is accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I type I move swiftly but not always accurately. This helps me go back and correct the things I missed.
Best tool for client-facing roles
What do you like best about the product?
As a non-native English speaker, Grammarly has been a necessary tool when I write emails to clients. I'll always find new things that I need to improve, and I also love the monthly reviews that tell you more about your writing skills and style.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some particular cases, I've had to disregard suggestions that might not make sense in the large context of the piece, but with more training and the advances in AI, I'm sure we are super close to almost perfect context understanding.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not a native English speaker, so I usually need an extra pair of eyes if I write something important. Instead of having to go to a colleague, Grammarly just proofread everything for me.
Grammarly is Useful!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the features and I think that it is helpful when typing e-mails, school documents, and a lot of similar things. I also like that it's both spelling and grammar, it helps out in the long wrong.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that sometimes you get unnecessary e-mails about your vocabulary and things of the sort. But, it's not a lot of them. I would not say there are many downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have to send out a lot of mass e-mails and also e-mails to parents of my students. It's helpful and beneficial because it can catch mistakes that I might not catch right away.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly helps me make my writing sound more professional. I also really like the tone feature. Sometimes I have trouble telling what the tone of my writing is, so having that really helps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have many dislikes to add here. Sometimes it can get in the way and it isn't easily dismissed when I don't want to use it, but that might be user error as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said earlier, I am not great at sensing my tone when I am writing, so being able to instantly tell how my email or note is sounding to someone else is fantastic.

What do you like best about the product?
It is so nice to not have to worry about errors in my emails, documents, and other text-based applications. It eases my mind and gently reminds me when mistakes have been made.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike, really, about Grammarly. It sometimes identifies intentional errors in poetry and other creative pieces. It would be nice if I could turn certain functions off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am so happy to not have to worry about typos or incorrect spelling, punctuation, and grammar. I can move through my day with ease not hyper fixating on written text.
