Great Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Super help to know specific punctuation, sentence structure, etc. I love the fact that I can type fast and put my thoughts down, and then Grammarly comes in and helps make sure everything is correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one thing that I don't like. I find it very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me by making me sound like a literate sales partner/account manager to my accounts. It helps with my productivity and gives me confidence in what I am saying.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the desktop app that is always on the screen that checks your grammar on an app or program being used on the computer. You don't have to open anything, it automatically does the work for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anytime I am writing an email or writing something in any document it finds the mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly business just generally helps me with most of my writing. It helps me to write essays, or emails to my peers and teachers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly just likes to slow down websites when it's indexing a list. Especially if it's a doc that hasn't been checked by Grammarly in a while. It also likes using a lot of resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me send emails that are structured properly and have proper grammar.
Has helped me create more professional responses for emails.
What do you like best about the product?
It's not intrusive. I can work without something big constantly bugging me about the errors that are included in my writing. When I'm done writing, I can click the bubble and apply the recommended edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending on the medium, I don't always need to be perfect in my writing (in private Slack messages with team members). I don't like that these errors are counted against my overall score.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly solves grammar issues for our support agents. The tool ensures they are portraying our company in a positive light and accuracy in their responses to our customers.
Grammarly consistently helps me catch small grammatical errors and drastically improves my tone.

So so so many good recommendations for my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure that we have access to all of the most premium features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is basically another set of eyes for me which is absolutely huge for my marketing job considering how much writing I do every day. Grammarly improves my writing in small ways every day and also improves my overall writing skills.
Grammarly can increase your professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
Grammar, or rather, incorrect grammar, has always been a pet peeve for me. I know that when I read emails that are riddled with errors, it makes me think slightly less of the sender. With Grammarly, I can avoid those simple mistakes that people like me judge others for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, not often, though, Grammarly gets caught up in a little circle of corrections. For example, if I write out a sentence, sometimes Grammarly will have a suggestion to replace it. I choose to replace with the suggestion, then Grammarly will have a suggestion to replace THAT suggestion. Many times it is just back to the original sentence!

Grammarly keeps my emails and written communications professional.
Grammerly for business has been a game changer for me!
What do you like best about the product?
I love Grammarly. I am not very good writer, and quite frankly, it would take me hours to create and complete my return emails, because I wanted them always to seem professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be quite honest I have pondered over this question and I can not think of one thing that I don't like about Grammarly Business.

Grammarly Business helps me create more clear concise emails making them more professional and also lets me know what tone I'm writing in so I know how my emails are delivered.
Great tool for professional communication
What do you like best about the product?
Tone suggestions, grammar fixes, clarity suggestions, and misspells, Grammarly takes care of the whole bunch and helps you be more concise and to the point. A must for global businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
It analyzes the sentence in chunks and doesn't give you all the necessary "fixes" all at the same time. Can spend sometimes about a minute or two to fully "fix" an email up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me by spellchecking, grammar proofing, and clarity of my written communication, and it helps me stay concise and to the point. Overall, I've seen a clear boost to my productivity with Grammarly.
good tool, saves time
What do you like best about the product?
i like having an additional set of eyes (grammarly) on my writing even before i go to proofread it myself. i don't feel like i have to re-read as many times for things like typos.
What do you dislike about the product?
there are some specific words or phrases to my job that might not align with typical grammar rules and grammarly will repeatedly suggest i change things in these situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the tool is helping me improve my communication, write consistently, and saving me time on proofreading things like emails or note taking documents. i believe it has caught errors i would not have on my own.
Can't Live Without It
What do you like best about the product?
I have access to a tool that can help support my everyday writing efforts. Grammarly is east to access, simple to use, and helps strengthen my skill set.
What do you dislike about the product?
I may have missed this, but it would be extremely helpful to have a built-in thesaurus. I'm also used to having access to a built-in AI tools that offer up different suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's nice to have access to a tool like Grammarly which is provides instant access to premium proofing. I can turn output around quicker and with more confidence.
