Grammarly is great for on the go corrections and sentence formations
What do you like best about the product?
The part where Grammarly can be installed as a plug-in for edits while working as well as other services like Plagarism check, Thesaurus and others make it a good product!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are too pushy and unless you click on Ignore, the message stays. I think it'd be great if the messages displayed are not too pushy and can be easily ignored without a click.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During weekdays, it helps me work for my office drafting emails and technical solutions while during weekends, it helps me create reports and plagarism check for my university.
A lifesaver tool
What do you like best about the product?
That I can use it on my Drive documents, not only on emails and on many pages, it helps me correct my texts. I like that it also helps you to correctly write sentences and not only catch spelling mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that it still doesn't work for Google Spreadsheets, and at work, we use it a lot to create content, so it would be really helpful to have it there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A lot of people in my company are not native English speakers, but we do have to deliver everything in English, so it has helped us to improve our communication with clients. Still, also it saves us a lot of time by having someone correct simple things that Grammarly now does.
Grammarly helps me become a better writer
What do you like best about the product?
I love the extra review it gives me. I love the suggestions to make my writing more clear and concise. I love the tonal suggestions to help my writing become more personable and confident.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Grammarly icon is difficult to find, or it won't pop up as I need or expect it to. Fixing this issue and making Grammarly compatible with more apps in the Google Workspace would be incredible improvements!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps my writing be more understandable and more concise. It helps me to identify typos or grammatical mistakes. It helps check my tone so I reach my reader the way I want.

There is nothing to dislike about Grammarly as it is a valuable tool for my work. It assists me in adjusting my vocabulary and I'm very grateful for it. There are no downsides.

Since I work with customer service, it helps me build accurate and respectful e-mails to my customers. I am using it right now while writing this review! It is amazing!

What do you like best about the product?
It makes it so easy to ensure you are writing correctly and with a suggestive tone to improve your writing. Also, this will make sure you are not sounding mean.

I think least helpful it takes a long time to load to spell check.

Grammarly Business has helped me tremendously with my writing skills and making sure that I'm using the correct tone when writing my emails or text back to my customers.

It helps organizations to enhance their written communication by identifying grammatical errors, spelling mistakes, and punctuation errors. It works well with MS Word and google docs. It is helpful to avoid costly mistakes that can damage their reputation

It is a machine-based language tool and sometimes it suggests corrections that don't actually improve the sentence's meaning or intended tone.

Writing an efficient response to frustrated customers. Grammarly has helped correct the sentence constructions and provides suggestions to make the statement sound much better.
Amazing, fast, simple, and helpfull
What do you like best about the product?
as a not native writer, sometimes I have some sort of issues with grammar, and that makes my emails sound unprofessional and out of brand since we start using Grammarly we get more engagement with customers, definitely is the best tool to perform CSM work

From my point of view, the best functionality is the re-write for clarity option, which gives suggestions on how your sentence can sound professional. Who help me to get the best reviews on my job

first of all as nonnative speakers sometimes we lose clarity at the moment to write an email, or we can sound unconfident Grammarly is helping us to review and suggest best way to perform a sentence

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me to correct my spelling mistakes and gives me great feedback that is very useful. I use Grammarly in my school work and it is very good for helping me with essays and stuff like that.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a lot of stuff that I don't like about Grammarly. Sometimes though when I accept a correction from Grammarly I gives me another correction changing it back to what I already had before the change. Other than that Its pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is very good for proofreading my schoolwork and essays, I'ved used it in many of my school internals to make sure that I haven't made any crucial mistakes.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have a tool that double-checks everything, not just spelling. Grammarly flags small things, like "your and you're," which can be very embarrassing if sent out in a work setting. Grammarly can also flag more high-value things like the sentences I'm writing on brand for my org's tone of voice and even my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly flags punctuation styles from a font perspective, which can be annoying. It will say that I normally use a specific apostrophe style and it can be distracting because it flagging as though something is wrong.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring that all my internal and external communication is grammatically correct. I write a lot of emails and push a lot of things to market. It saves me so much time with proofreading - it also gives me a huge sense of relief when I'm pressing the send button.
