Grammarly is the best tool for customer service and professional tone
What do you like best about the product?
I like the emoji indicators and that the tool can be customizable to an organization and help set the tone and baseline for the customer service that is expected for all members.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only part of the tool I could suggest improvement on is that when you are not logged on, it is easy to miss and sending emails without the grammarly review is not an ideal situation when you are a direct person or typing in a rush

Grammarly Business is helping our team send messages that are welcoming and easy to understand. We can send an email that gets to the point with a kind tone and proper grammar

The AI component and ability to set tone, save text snippets, and set style rules. All of the features really.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little floating popup blocks things and is a nuisance to move (like the fact that it has pre-set locations to move to rather than you being able to move it freely).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do a lot of copywriting in my job in addition to internal and external communications. This means I'm doing a lot of writing and fast, and Grammerly helps me to make sure I'm not missing anything and still communicating professionally even while multitasking. It also means less time switching back and forth between documents in terms of using frequently used phrases and brand specific rules.
Grammarly Business is a MUST for copy writers.
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly always catches mistakes when I am writing on social media. I receive a lot of copy from my work peers and it saves me so much editing time and catches most mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that can be slightly annoying is the pop-up you get when Grammarly is working on your writing. Sometimes it can get in the way of the cursor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick editing time and not only does it catch spelling mistakes but the grammar as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It is really intuitive. It has helped me improve my grammar skills, but most importantly, I feel more confident when writing an email to my clients. I'm less likely to commit mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app does not recognize some grammar structures. We would love to see this feature be improved to its max capacity. But besides that, there is nothing wrong with the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My job consists of writing support emails. This could be directed to the end user of our product or the company's CEO paying for a subscription. This has helped me to communicate my ideas clearly and confidently.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has been a huge asset for our company. I like knowing my team is communicating professionally with our customers. It's also been nice to focus on company tones.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, there is nothing I dislike about Grammarly Business. Perhaps it would be nice to break down statistics by person. Also, sometimes the Grammarly "bug" disappears. I usually have to search for the app on my computer for it to reappear.

It helps enhance my writing and ensures I communicate to the best of my abilities. For my team, it allows us to sound educated and professional when dealing with internal and external customers.

I don't know what we would do without Grammarly! We are constantly writing social media posts and creating graphics that require lots of writing, and Grammarly is always helping and improving the way we sound. It makes our brand look and say professional.

Honestly, there isn't one thing we dislike about Grammarly. It's a program that almost every employee uses in the company. It helps with emails and reports, a big part of our work.

The biggest problem we have is sounding professional in our emails and social media posts, and marketing material. Grammarly helps us in all those areas and makes our company sound and more successful.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has allowed our teams to submit work much faster and send messages that are far more clearer than before. It has also created a great system to meet APA standards when submitting for research references for grants submissions l.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there was an easier way to translate across language but even than has been pleasant for marketing overseas support. Also being allowed to create folders and better organize documents would be helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There is far more grammar correction than the standard version. Those areas needed much support when dealing with passive tense issues between team members. But also allowing clearer communication between teams.
Does a great job at catching lots of small and common errors.
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is really helpful for catching all those little errors that you make when you're writing so much copy every day, and our team understands the reasoning behind all these edits as we have the same program.
What do you dislike about the product?
We operate using both British English and American English, so sometimes, it can be frustrating to see continual corrections that don't easily get dismissed. Also, the Grammarly icon can sometimes block things, but not a huge deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We write a large volume of copy with a strong brand voice in a creative industry, and Grammarly really helps us all sync up on the same tone and consistent grammar/spelling catches.
