One of the best tools I use every day
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that it analyzes my communications not just for simple spelling or grammar issues, but that it can analyze tone. It's helped me to remove some subtle things like redundant statements, repeated use of adjectives, or even helping me strike a more confident tone. I also really enjoy getting weekly emails that talk about my usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does try to correct areas that aren't text where grammar editing would make sense. For example, editing a block of code. However, even this is easily avoided since I can tell Grammarly to not activate in an area, or just ignore the prompts. Seriously, I don't really have anything I dislike, and I've even considered getting a personal subscription for use outside of work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me to communicate with both engineering and product management in ways that are accurate and effective. I appreciate that it helps me to ensure that my messages aren't just spelled correctly, or that they're grammatically correct, but that they help me to strike the right tone for my audience.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly helps ensure that I draft communication and document in clear, proper ways. It helps me stay on top of common errors that are easy to bypass when you are in a crunch to get a message or document out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't always agree with or understand the tone that I am trying to convey in my writing. A passive voice is something I use in my work when speaking with potential clients who are looking to make a charitable contribution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it in all of my writing, from email's to detailed proposals to proofing thank you notes before I write them by hand. I use the Outlook Plugin, Web Plugin and it is running everytime I start working in MS Word.
Very helpful and makes my work more efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business allows me to stay aligned with my company's language. I like that it always gives suggestions and even corrects our internal terms for me. It also makes me worry less about proofreading
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I feel like the corrects are a little too formal, or it prefers a certain tense more. It tends to correct past and present tense which may be more appropriate at some times. And occasionally it keeps correcting things even though I dismiss it
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me correct my emails and any documents I make internally. It's helpful because I don't need to worry about proofreading as much anymore. I go through all the Grammarly corrections first before reading it over myself. So it tends to save a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
It has many different options and good suggestions for every situation I need. The interface is straightforward, and I can use it across all my platforms without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found something I dislike, I guess I have not tried it on the mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped me be precise and proper in communicating with my team and customers. I can make sure that the information I am trying to communicate will be delivered as it should
Practical and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the fact that you can have multiple documents at the same time stored in Grammarly. Also, Grammarly gives recommendations based on your text's audience, formality and objective, which is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn´t always stay logged in for some reason, so you must log in again when you want to use it, especially on the Windows application.

Since English is my second language, Grammarly helps me to adapt my writing style depending on the audience, which allows me to be more professional and learn about English grammar structures.
Winning With Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
As a chat agents, my biggest worry is the response time affected by proofreading and all. However, Grammarly came in handy! I'm able to write without worrying how long it's going to take because I know Grammarly is doing the rest of the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly takes some time to point out those nitty gritties, especially if you're trying to beat time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me to reduce the time spent on proofreading, providing alternative phrases that would change the tone of my responses and also giving me synonyms to reduce overuse of one word.
As a nonnative that needs to use English to survive at work, having Grammarly is a daily life saver
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to write sentences or long texts that can be evaluated to be more correct and have a nicer tone makes me feel more confident when I need to connect with people in English.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, we need to be concise e use the same word so people can relate the action to the word, and I will get reminders to change the word for a synonymous cause I'm being repetitive, but being repetitive is not always bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me by writing correctly and making sure that I won't sound uncertain or rude when you're not a native English speaker can be a big challenge. Also, the fact that can help me with past and present.
Grammarly helps me write more concisely
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly's suggestions for rewording sentences have helped me write more concisely. It identifies clunky/awkward sentences and those that are too long and should be spit up. I have benefited the most from Grammarly's suggestions that rewrite sentences for clarity and remove extraneous words.
What do you dislike about the product?
This might be due to a customized version of Grammarly my business unit uses, but I have found that it flags every instance of an acronym, indicating each should be spelled out on first use. I write technical documents, so 30% or more of the Grammarly flags in any given document are for acronym usage. I work with long documents which can have 100s of acronyms, making it annoying to have to review/dismiss each suggestion. I would like the ability to turn this flag off for my team.

It greatly aids in writing clarity and keeping my writing consistent with corporate style guidelines.
I've Come To Rely On It
What do you like best about the product?
While there are times when Grammarly is simply wrong, for the most part, it has made me a better writer. In the professional world, especially one where I am representing an elected official, I appreciate the "second eye" catching innocent mistakes that I may have made. I trust that it will catch most of my basic errors!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions are absolutely wrong. They will rephrase sentences in such a way that it no longer conveys the point I was trying to make. But, these things are easily remedied; you can't rely on it to know EVERYTHING!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sometimes I will use the wrong tense of a word or omit a word on accident. Grammarly typically catches these things for me. It will also let me know when I've used a word that isn't needed in a sentence. I have really come to value those suggestions!

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business provides easy-to-use grammar tools while writing simple emails and texts and works when creating presentations, sheets, docs, etc. I love the usefulness of it across platforms. The company even sends weekly insights into how I used the Grammarly tools the previous week and during my overall implementation of the resources. Thanks so much for your know-how.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I dislike about Grammarly Business is sometimes having to log in multiple times. I am trying to see if this is an error from my technological side, or if it is due to the Grammarly platform, but at this time it seems to be an error from the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It eliminates my need to proofread on another platform before sending emails, docs, presentations, etc. It also affords me more time to be more productive during the workday.
