So helpful and saved so much time!
What do you like best about the product?
I love all the suggestions it gives to make my sentences better. I also love that I can quickly type out something if I am in a hurry and it catches my mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't come across anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps when I write emails to our customers. It helps catches spelling and grammar mistakes when I am typing quickly. I am definitely more productive and can get more done without having to go back and reread my email checking for mistakes.
Easy to use and works flawlessly
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can draft my entire email and get my thoughts on the screen. Then have Grammarly to correct my mistakes or grammar issues. I also love the emoji option that shows how others will receive my email when reading it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Microsoft Outlook plug in does not work correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps save me time when writing emails and ensures I sound competent to others.
My Writing Style and Tone are more aligned with my organization.
What do you like best about the product?
Customizing Control of the software gives me the choice of when Grammarly is actively working in the Apps I choose.
There are also setting that can be enforced on all users under your account level. The idea that the whole organization can have a similar Style, Tone and preferred word use is appealing as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly tends to cause difficulties when using certain functions in Microsoft Office products. If grammarly is left to Start with Windows it appears in every app and may not even work in others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a cohesive message Organization-wide. Addressed by the Tone and SaAn increase in the quality tyle settings.

What do you dislike about the product?
Very few downsides. Sometimes my Grammarly extension doesn't pop up on Outlook on the browser (but that could be due to other things like blockers).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping me write emails to executives and prospects. I have less grammar errors and a more consistent writing style and voice. Business performance has increased since using Grammarly.

Giving me a few options to sound more fluent in writing communication. Developing my grammar skills but also vocabulary.

sometime its a bit of an overkill. It gives you recommendations for none business English.

Essential for communication
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly has helped our communications be more concise and appropriate for our audiences. Any member of our team can use Grammarly and the communication that results is the same no matter the writer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly sometimes has recommended incorrect suggestions for a word we use. We love the ability to be able to add common words to our own dictionary that could be used across all accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is helping our writing reach the appropriate audiences with the appropriate tone and vocabulary for that audience. It has helped all our members feel empowered to write communications.
Used to love you - Chat GPT is better
What do you like best about the product?
I got those tone reccomendations and suggestions for improvements but now I just put my blurbs into ChatGPT and it can let me know the same, but more personal and better
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't feel like you are worth the price anymore tbh. I get my grammar checked anyways now, and furthermore, it's my points are being delivered better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, none. Also I find your plagrisim check a confusing tool.

What do you like best about the product?
Word's editor and Google's editor only catch so much. Grammarly goes beyond and also detects tone. It is precious that my tone reflects my message.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly cannot think of a downside besides my Director of IT being our admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My tone can come across as too formal or unhelpful, so the tone detector is priceless. I can rest assured that my communication is concise and clear. I also appreciate seeing which grammar rules I routinely break to change habits.

What do you like best about the product?
i like that it is customizable for my organization's brand standards and house style. also, it is another way to ensure that all of my writing has been reviewed and checked for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity - from basic emails to reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the suggestion gets added to a middle of a word, which makes everything spelled incorrectly. the system then doesn't register the misspelling as something that needs to be corrected. to fix the issue, i cannot select undo once to undo the entire issue. instead, i have to press undo multiple times OR delete everything and fix it myself manually. i also do not like when the widget is misplaced. i work on multiple screens and sometimes lose the widget. i wish that the widget was in a fixed place by default, and i could move it myself, or that there as a short cut command that i could press on my keyboard to make the widget appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is assisting in an informal layer of review before moving it forward in our team's review process for important documents that need to be looked at by several people.

Grammarly helps with the tone you try to convey in your writing. It helps me to be more personable.

There are no downsides. It is an amazing tool to use

By using Grammarly has been a great tool as it helps me to eliminate sentences that sound to wordy and by making the adjustments it helps me convey my message more clearly
