A tool to increase the productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like the Generative AI feature and its grammar checking. It helps a lot to increase the confidence while sending the professional emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well for business we do not have plagiarism and also Pro is a bit expensive comparatively
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's improving my English language day by day and also helping me in writing emails. It also make me and my team confident while sending any official documents and any other official things.
Fantastically Easy Tool to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Grammarly! The program has dramatically increased my grammatical accuracy when sending emails and communicating with my co-workers and management. It points out errors and mistakes that I had been making for years and gives explanations for why my way was the "wrong way" and why it is correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I least like about the software is that it causes my Outlook to crash three to four times per week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to communicate more effectively and concisely.
Grammarly Business is benefitial for a multitude of reasons.
What do you like best about the product?
Integrating it into my internet browser is so helpful so that every tab I open receives the grammar checks. It is never annoying either.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been no downsides thus far to using it. It helps with emails, writing letters, crafting reports, and more. It is used everyday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business is mainly used to proofread all documents before they are sent out. It improves the quality of my work, thus making my business appear better.

I like some of the suggestions it provides. I like that anywhere I write, whether it be emails or simple docs it appears.

- G bubble prevents me from viewing my own writing, wish I could move it around without blocking view.

Grammarly has helped our team tremendously in the last few years improving writing quality overall - with suggestions for fixing the tone and style, it goes beyond just a grammar-checking tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not too sure how the latest AI feature works and how it compares with the other AI writing tools on the market. Does it help to write the copy based on the prompt or is it more the polishing part? This can be one of the major reasons why users may consider other AI tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Write better emails internally and copies (as a marketing leader). The team submitted materials for my approval after they used Grammarly so it saved us so much time for me to catch their mistakes.

Grammarly has really sped up my document reviews exponentially
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is so simple in that you can just scan through a paragraph to find suggested updated. It's very intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-up that floats around the screen can be annoying at times, particularly when I'm doing a screen share to edit a document with peers. Fortunately, it can be disabled for a short time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly catches missing words. It catches areas of missing punctuation or the wrong punctuation. It's been amazing for my emails, so I don't send out something that looks like I didn't review or read what I typed.

Sometimes, Grammarly doesn't understand my local language nuances and corrects things I want to keep.

I have many writing requirements for me, as well as editing and reviewing with our team. Grammarly saves us time for reviews and edits and makes our process faster and more accurate.

What do you like best about the product?
It is helpful in catching my mistakes when I need it to. It provides data and insights into my writing each week. I enjoy the popup emoji's of how my message comes off to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little popup suggestion number can block out parts of my emails when I use it on Google Gmail. It gets in the way when I use the small popup window to write an email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving my grammatical errors and therefore allows me to sound better to my customers and coworkers. It's also solving tone confusion that can occur when everyone is mostly virtual.
