What do you like best about the product?
I find Grammarly really helpful for fixing grammatical errors and rephrasing. When I send emails to customers, it helps me set my tone, fix errors, and rephrase efficiently. I love that it integrates easily, and I don't have to execute many clicks or keystrokes. I also enjoy the more keyboard shortcuts available, as well as the consistency when using these shortcuts. The initial setup was easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the extension takes some time to load or it needs a refresh.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to fix grammatical errors and rephrase my emails, helping me set the right tone for customers.

It's a key element in my job and makes it easy to manage website promotion and content. The setup is very easy, and the extension is very good to use. Grammarly is more convincing compared to other tools.

I don't think too much error to improve but some time it's provide simmiler content

I like that Grammarly helps me with grammatical mistakes and helps me write clearer action scenes when working on film scripts. It assists with tenses and occasionally catches spelling mistakes. I appreciate that Grammarly leaves the final decision up to me, allowing me to remain creative with my poetry and film scripts. Grammarly has helped me make fewer grammatical mistakes, and the corrections to my mistakes are particularly useful. Setting it up was easy.

Grammarly tries to change my writing style. Not every use of Grammarly is professional. It should offer an option for creative writers to reduce the number of suggestions it makes.

I love the integration into our OS and iOS devices making it easy to incorporate no matter where we are working from.

I think the lack of a native app. Having to log in online instead of a native app for iOS devices.

We write content daily, and having a reliable output assistant is very helpful. Also, the tone tools are excellent for consistency. Other than that, the Writing Assistance is helpful with day-to-day business emailing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly is plugged into my email and automatically appears on websites with text editing. It makes checking spelling, grammar, and tone straightforward. Setting it up was easy, and I've been using it since high school.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it struggles with speaking in the 3rd person when trying to sell travel. Grammarly also struggles on Canny. When using it on Canny it always pushes changed text to the end instead of where it is supposed to be placed.

I dislike that Grammarly sometimes can't follow the instruction and changes the meaning of the sentence.
