Definitely Recommend - Super Helpful!
What do you like best about the product?
The system integrates easily and smoothly with the web browser, allowing for feedback on all messages, whether via email, instant message, or even in an online form.

The desktop version helps me review other documents, such as newsletters, staff updates, etc.
The system identifies text issues, such as tense, clarity, formality, tone, etc. It also helps me ensure that it matches what I am trying to say. This allows me to maximize my efficiency and also prevent time wasted on clarifying my thoughts in future communications.
I also receive email updates regarding my progress and success, regarding the vocabulary, tones, etc.

What do you dislike about the product?
I work in two languages (English and Hebrew), and the system does not support the second language at this time.
I think the system occasionally (quite far and few between) misreads/misunderstands the text and suggests something that does not fit the context.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It addresses issues like formality, tone, spelling, grammar, clarity, and wording.
These tools ensure that someone (or something) is proofing my communications before I send them out, to ensure that they appear professional and not like a bunch of randomly grouped words.

Great for work and personal life
What do you like best about the product?
Sometimes I am lost for words on how to forumulate the responses. Grammarly helps me tidy up the sentences as well as give me insipration on how to elaborate the email or document.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with word is not perfect. Sometimes I don't really know where grammarly highlights the error or suggestion as it's fighting with word build in spell check. The native grammarly doc is way better.

Making the sentences more clear and concise

The ease of use and implementation. Easy to integrate into all of our programs.

There are still a few issues with grammar or suggestions. But, 99% of the time, it's accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our clarity issues. The majority of our communication with our customers is done via email. So, the ability to ensure we have clear communication is key.

I love that Grammarly is unobtrusive and allows me to write in my style. Suggestions pop up and are offered with errors or in different writing styles that may be more appropriate or match the context of the rest of my documents
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly that it's gamified and I can't be in the top 99% of every category. I would also say that on occasion, some of the alerts are unnecessary or overkill
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I tend to be verbose in writing, and Grammarly has helped me condense things down to something that makes sense and is concise. If I have used a word too frequently, it does help me change things up as well.

Writing Assistance, Consistency, Customization. Doesn't matter what you right it could always be better and Grammarly helps us do that.

Just the red error underline tab that keeps asking us to change words even when we dismiss it once

While Grammarly excels in providing real-time writing assistance on desktop platforms, its integration with mobile devices could improve. I often find myself responding to emails and crafting messages on the go. It would be beneficial if the mobile version of Grammarly were as seamless and comprehensive as its desktop counterpart. Enhancing the mobile experience would allow me to maintain the same high standards of writing quality, even when I'm away from my desk.

For years my boss has told me that the one thing that held me back was the minor errors in the email. This tool has helped me dramatically reduce the number of mistakes in emails and acts as a second set of eyes when working on a small team.

Occasionally, the suggestions offered may not fully align with my intended message or voice, requiring some manual adjustments. Additionally, the platform might occasionally miss context-specific nuances or overlook the subtlety of certain expressions. However, these minor shortcomings are easily outweighed by the numerous benefits and overall convenience that Grammarly Business brings to my writing process.

Grammarly Business addresses several common writing challenges, significantly benefiting my work. Identifying and correcting spelling and grammar errors ensures my documents are polished and professional. The platform's advanced suggestions for clarity, conciseness, and tone help me tailor my message effectively and maintain a consistent writing style across various documents. The integration with Words and my browser is precious. I am even using it on G2 to proofread my review.
Helps a lot with emails!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it can help move things for me, to ensure that my sentence structure is appropriate. I also like how it monitors the tone of my email to help me keep up with how i am coming across over weeks. It works great in Outlook and Word.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't integrate with websites very well from time to time, not sure why. Also, using this when you have bullets in your email is painful, as the suggestions are no where near as helpful as normal. Every now and then the suggestions will be way off the mark too. Just use your judgement. If you happen to have two issues that are stacked upon each other (vertically) you have to review from the bottom of your email up, as it will keep changing to the popup behind it. While using it on a website, after a bit of typing, the tooltip disappears and then won't show back up,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use a lot of commas in my writing. Oftentimes, too many; Grammarly helps me filter out some of those to make the sentences flow more completely. I feel like my client-facing emails have stepped up their game.
Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for using for writing reports to emails, and makes you sound like a pro and catches mistakes, and makes you look smart in writing. Great too to have for anyone that needs to be professional and word smith.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the controls are dinky and sometime it does not turn on browsers and email. Overall the user experience can be a little better, but overall the product is great and would not deter me for using.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
IT has made my writing much better from email to proposals and report. I have used it for one year and over 500,000 words, and could not function without out it and great.

The ability to rephrase sentences to sound more natural.

The software can be a little opiniated with regards to tones to use in messages.
