Grammarly helps my whole team write like one!
What do you like best about the product?
I edit B2B magazines with writers based in four or five different countries. Grammarly Business has helped us standardize our writing to company style -- while allowing us each to retain our own voice.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to figure out how to customize the style sheets, and I'm not sure I've ever gotten them quite how I'd like. I'd like a totally customizable style sheet that allows me to mix UK and US English, since that actually is our style.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
English is not the first language of several of our writers. Grammarly saves me copy editing time, which allows me to be more productive elsewhere. It also ensures that I, too, am following grammar rules!

What do you like best about the product?
It gives timely updates about our content, helps us write better and much more professional looking sentences for Client and other needs. It's features are really nice where it can also catch the tonality or voice of the text.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really; only thing is that sometimes even for Informal communication, Grammarly keeps popping up to fix my chats or other text. It surely is helpful but for informal conversations, I don't care much and hence don't need Grammarly to help correct sentences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's reducing the time we would be spending, otherwise, on Proofreading and sentence correction. It makes us more productive and efficient with our Content and textual needs.
Great tool for business writing and be more confident
What do you like best about the product?
For someone like me who is terrible with spelling and often commits typos, Grammarly has helped me a lot to ensure that I am sending and writing emails, chats, and communications error-free. It automatically detects wrong grammar, spelling, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some glitches at times when the recommended corrections go back and forth to the original one but still would show errors. For example, it will ask you to change A to B; when you follow it, it will show another error and recommend changing it back to A. If that makes sense
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It recommends the best words to achieve the tone that I want. The phrasal predictions also helped a lot in writing faster. As a chat support, this definitely made my job more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
It is free for nonprofits, which is perfect for our small team. It helps us draft messages, emails, and outreach content for our community outreach and support. It helps ensure we don't have spelling errors and easy-to-miss omissions and helps younger team members write more professionally. It coaches students on how to write better emails and materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is literally nothing to dislike. I do think that its AI could get smarter and better learn how each individual writes, but I have no dislikes and enjoy using Grammarly at work all the time!

It provides our teen volunteers with the skills needed to write effective and professional emails and outreach materials and provides our executive team and me with the resources and materials assistance and drafting plans.
Grammarly makes the work easy by capturing errors and support in maintain the tone and be on point.

It captures spelling & grammar errors and suggests tone. Saves time and support by making the emails and documents look more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
One might become less careful about spelling. It will be good to see Grammarly keeping the essence of the writing without changing the entire meaning when making suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As our organisation is based in south-east Asia, 90% of the team members have English as their second language and Grammarly support the team with spell checks, grammatical errors and suggested writing. This helps in saving time in report writing and emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is extremely helpful when it comes to fixing grammatical errors in emails and in documents. It has saved me me so much time on revising, reviewing and sending content.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some errors in my signature that I do not want to change but every time I am reviewing my email the same error pops up. I wish we could add phrases to our Grammarly dictionary.

It is solving the errors in my text and it benefits me because it helps my content sound clearer.

Grammarly can detect so many issues and fixing the problematic sentences is an effortless one click. Grammarly has really made a difference to our company's responses to emails and explanations to technical enquiries.

What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly Grammar Keyboard for Android isn't as good or easy to use as the default Android Gboard. I'm looking forward to seeing an update for the Chrome browser extension to fix a bug with some Google products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest improvement we have seen is Grammarly has helped our users to suggest replacements to unsatisfactory sentences that could offend ethnic or minority groups. We want to become a more inclusive organisation and Grammarly is invaluable in this area.

It helps check my routine sentences using apps like MS Word, PPT, or Outlook.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the app also tried to correct the sentence in the e-mail people sent me. I am afraid that I may click accept the Grammarly suggestion and make a change to other messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The correctness of editing is more precise than before. I observed the suggestions in the past few months and made changes myself. But now, I can click accept, and it edits my sentences more precisely.

Very convenient and smart tool with Auto-sync feature and Microsoft app
What do you like best about the product?
I like the auto sync and integration feature on Grammarly Business the most. For example, they have the Grammarly app on Chrome, and wherever I type and put my word on documents online, Grammarly on Chrome can correct my typos and grammar instantly so that I don't need to open a new tab or search for the tool online.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Delivery criteria is not essential, and the style guide doesn't give me much improvements or any suggestions

solving the grammatical errors and helping me to write in a more professional way. For example, Im not native English speaker and I wanted to sound as professional as possible in my work document, emails and I find Grammarly is very helpful. It's good ad proofreading

What do you like best about the product?
It provides indications regarding the temperature of my composition and provides suggestions for words that could be simplified.

It does not remember words that I commonly use and keeps suggesting that I replace them.

It helps me pick up grammar issues and suggests alternatives. It also provides tone guides for me to see how my piece will appear to the recipient.
