Grammarly is super helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Gramarly always support me with my tasks in work and school, it's very helpful to me with English language and grammar. Thanks to Grammarly writing is more easy.so
What do you dislike about the product?
Some times Gramarly don't understand the context, and Gramarly want to change words that I need to keep them like the originals ones. But in general is very helpful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I'm writing Grammarly start to identify my grammar mistakes , I'm learning more vocabulary and I'm learning more grammar rules, because grammarly explain to me.
Helpful Tool for Communications Professionals
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is an indispensable tool for my Communications Department. It removes the unrealistic expectation of me having to catch every single grammatical error and spelling mistake. I never pass a copy doc forward without running it through Grammarly.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside of Grammarly Business is that it does not abide by AP Style, and the marketing agency I work for does. Therefore, sometimes the suggested corrections are not relevant to my usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps solve the problem of not having enough time to manually check everything written on a client's behalf. It allows me to write and edit faster than I would otherwise be able to.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has been a game-changer for us. We're able to check every single sentence we type, not only for grammar, but for tone and brand. Even as I type this, it's checking me and pinging my sentence to rephrase it. I'm a grammar geek, and Grammarly has made me a better writer, and it's now required software for all of our customer support team members!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Grammarly Business that we have found is that it slows the computer slightly when there are a lot of other things running in the background. It's not such a noticeable issue that it stops us from using it, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Even our most grammar-aware customer support representatives make mistakes. Grammarly has cut down on the errors, tone issues, and phrasing. We have one team member who is particularly wordy, and Grammarly has really helped her with that issue.
Game changer for non native speakers
What do you like best about the product?
It gives me confidence; I am learning while I am working.
I have learned new words, and the team improved their skills in a short amount of time.
It is much better than other apps I used, and the new Ai feature is fantastic.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it disconnects from the account while I work on Microsoft applications, so I must reopen and log in.

It helps me write documents and emails.
While it fixes some of my errors, I learn new vocabulary and grammar; it's excellent to familiarize myself and feel confident with English while you are not a native speaker.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very helpful in emails and documents that I create. Knowing that it will correct any errors in spelling and punctuation gives me a level of confidence that I wouldn't otherwise have. I also appreciate the option to reword for clarity.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing. I've been very happy with the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, I'm good at spelling but need help with my punctuation. I can also be wordy in my emails, so having the option to rewrite for clarity helps me to stay concise. Knowing the overall tone/feel of the email has been helpful in ensuring that I'm not sounding a certain way that I don't intend.
Perfect Tool for Every Customer Service Business
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool to help diminish typos, unfriendly tones, and messaging that doesn't make sense. It helps make content and information more clear for the readers and followers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have dislikes about Grammarly. Maybe just the hovering dot, it doesn't adapt well to certain text boxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typos and punctuation, it is the most helpful tool for these goals.
Great for copy updates
What do you like best about the product?
I like the writing update emails Grammarly sends about your progress with using the solution because it shows me how valuable it really is to me! I also like that it shows me my common mistakes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish the area of where it shows you how to change your sentence was smaller. It does get in the way at times when I'm trying to quickly write some sentences and it pops up sometimes blocking the sentences
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Grammarly I never have to open a separate tab to check my spelling or wording and that saves time! I like that I know I'm staying inline with my company's writing guidelines because I write email copy that is then checked by our content writers so it saves both of us a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I am more confident when I send emails or create letters in Word. The suggestions are so helpful. I sound more professional than I have before. This has improved my writing tremendously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that you can't keep the red marks off after you have dismissed a suggestion. Looking at all the red marks on things you don't want to change is overwhelming. It would be nice if after you dismiss it, it would go away every time the document is open.

I feel more confident hitting send on emails. I sound more professional in my writing. I like to add more words than needed, so the suggestions help me out a lot.
An effective way to reduce friction with your direct reports (that don't know how to write)
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly business has helped me to manage the direct reports that I have. In the past, we would frequently have friction when they would hand in terribly written material. Now, instead of exasperation and frustration, I simply tell them to run grammarly, and address every single one of the noted corrections.
What do you dislike about the product?
The 'tone' stuff is way over-hyped. Not only does it not actually work that well, it's just not that helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many people in my industry (government) have atrocious writing skills. Grammarly business gives me a tool that I can use that independently tells them how bad their writing is, instead of me having to do it.
How Grammarly Is a Game Changer for My Nonprofit
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business is a helpful tool for myself and my youth interns to communicate with our sponsors and partners effectively. I use Grammarly, especially when writing grants to donors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly can be slow in Google Docs and does not register certain spelling errors or grammatical errors unless I refresh the page or manually put it through the Grammarly website.

Grammarly Business helps proofread certain errors that my youth staff and I miss when writing emails and grants. It also gives suggestions for words that I hadn't thought about using.
