Grammarly is like an automated assistant for writing
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that instead of offering to write things for me, grammarly helps me to use my own voice while making my writing more clear and concise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to note, I can't wait for the extension to be more comprehensive because I find it very useful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping the team have a consistent voice, and ensuring that there are no grammar or spelling mistakes.
Work Smarter, Not Harder
What do you like best about the product?
As a non-profit, our team is strapped for time. Grammarly has helped us streamline our proofing process, preventing our eyes from glazing over, so we can catch the nitty gritty mistakes that Grammarly is unable to find (example: a class time is incorrect). It's beyond valuable that Grammarly offers non-profits their Business platform for free -- anything that saves us time AND money is a win!
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly does not account for AP Style, which my team is unfamiliar with using. This is one area where I have to comb through Grammarly-proofed copy and ensure it's accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to overcome bandwidth constraints within our non-profit team. We can accurately proof our written content in a quick and (mostly) consistent way. Our content looks more professional to our audiences.

What do you like best about the product?
Works very well at catching common grammar errors/.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little annoying when it is correcting quick emails or texts that are not grammatically correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving my grammar when responding to emails, creating briefing notes, etc.
Making the "hard" in hardwork, easy
What do you like best about the product?
As what I have selected as the title, I am doing a lot of document editing as well as proofreading, and having Grammarly business is very helpful not only in catching the easiest errors we often overlook but also suggesting better ways to say something.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I am not seeing anything that I dislike about it since I mostly utilize most of its functions even before switching to Grammarly Business. Keep it up!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be honest, I am not currently aware of any problems Grammarly is facing. All I am aware of is that this product has greatly helped me and my team with our day to day office works.

What do you like best about the product?
Very precise text review online. I write reports to the board of the company, and it is helping me to deliver presentations with polite, precise and clear language. Moreover, Grammarly is helping me to enhance my fluency in English.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when you are working on a long Word document, especially if it contains tables or images, Word becomes a little slow because Grammarly seems to review the entire document every time I change. Sometimes is necessary to deactivate it to have more agility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing precision and clarity to our internal communication. Grammarly is helping me to adapt to a new career, working in an environment that does not speak my mother language.
Great Grammar Check
What do you like best about the product?
It has been great getting a second check on grammar and spelling. It can be used in different applications like Gmail and Word docs. It's pretty convenient. I think it's better than regular spellcheck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the recommendations aren't the most helpful. You still need to double-check because sometimes Grammarly doesn't always recognize the context of text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a more convenient grammar and spellcheck than just using Word Doc. It can be used in different applications so it's convenient. It catches mistakes that I might otherwise miss.
Pro is the way to go
What do you like best about the product?
The enhanced features and ability to use Grammarly on presentations have made the tool incredibly useful! The ability to get real-time feedback and check the tone of emails makes it the perfect everyday tool. It had been beneficial for my wiring.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that it could rewrite more sentences like chatGPT or word tune, but it does an excellent job of editing and is so easy to use. it integrates into almost everything you are already using!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am taking massive amounts of presentation data and having to edit it all for work, I use it to create and edit emails. Grammarly ensures everything is in the correct tone and that it matches. Basic spellcheck will not work.
Streamlining Business Communication
What do you like best about the product?
It reduces my time when reviewing and drafting documents and identifies and provides suggestions beyond basic grammar and spelling corrections. I like integrating with other tools such as Microsoft Word, Teams, and Outlook (and even mobile).
What do you dislike about the product?
From time to time, there are inaccuracies when suggestions come up. It does force me to read and ignore certain grammarly suggestions. I also fear the high dependence on grammarly may impede my ability to improve my writing. It is like using the GPS in your car, you let yourself go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have deployed it across some of our heavy writers within our management team. We have noted an improvement in the quality of the written communication, and personally, I have saved time by following the suggestions when reviewing long documents such as policies.
Great Service Overall and Continues to Improve
What do you like best about the product?
The AI functionality as improved, and the suggestions seem better than before. We've used it to write more of our content and it's getting more integrated into our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is very high with our team, mainly as some people use it a lot and some people barely touch it. There is still lag with larger Google Docs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want our emails and marketing material to sound professional and consistent, and Grammarly helps us with that. As a company, we also want a specific style and tone, so our employees use Grammarly so this all matches across the organization. We have just started using the AI writing assistant too, which should increase productivity.
Short but intense experience. Like it and use on regular business
What do you like best about the product?
Editing the text, proposing improved versions of a sentence. Good Oxford Dictionary operations. Quick reaction. The translated text is getting substantially better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly Business is not well adapted to separate professions with particular words. It should be enriched by special professional dictionaries, like chemistry, biology, law etc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am proofreading the text and helping to write the book with better language quality. I am more productive in writing English, and my performance increased significantly.
