What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly mainly for my assignments, and it helps make my sentences and words more professional while also improving clarity. It's great for fixing grammar and spelling mistakes, especially since English is my third language. I find it super easy to use, and it provides quick responses, significantly improving the quality of my papers or assignments. Another thing I like about Grammarly is its versatility; I can use it everywhere, like email, different browsers, Word, or phone. It's incredibly helpful that it works with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Outlook emails, aiding me in drafting better assignments and emails with good grammar and clarity. The initial setup was simple—just logging in on the site first, and it was very straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many useful features are premium like plagiarism check and tone rewriting. It would have been better if more features were for free for students who can not afford.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me make my sentences more professional and clear, fixes grammar and spelling, and is easy to use. It's valuable for non-native English speakers and integrates well with platforms like Google Docs and Outlook.

Grammarly does not have text-to-speech playback, I would like that.

I also appreciate that it works on both Windows and Mac in applications like Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams. Finally, the initial setup was very easy.

Grammarly's disadvantages include occasional inaccuracy (false positives/negatives), potential over-reliance hindering skill development, privacy concerns over data handling, limited free version features, struggles with complex or creative contexts, aggressive style suggestions (like eliminating passive voice), pricing for premium features, and potential platform/integration issues, making it a helpful but imperfect writing assistant.

I use Grammarly for writing my daily, weekly reports, monthly blogs, and report cards, and I don't need to worry about grammar and punctuation mistakes. It offers ways to improve my writing, which I appreciate. There was a time when Grammarly offered dictation, and I really enjoyed that tool. The initial setup was very easy. I also find Grammarly very helpful as it was during my studies, especially for checking plagiarism.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes AI really feels. I have to tweak it a lot. Probably making it feel less like AI. Switching from robotic tone to more conversational and friendly style can be done, for example by using natural language pattern, relatable phrases, and matching the user’s writing style and tone preferences. It's quite expensive. There are times when, if you don't offer a discount, I can't afford it.

I don't need to worry about grammar and punctuation mistakes, and it offers ways to improve my writing.

I find it frustrating that the pop-up occasionally disrupts my formatting on platforms like Canva. However, this is only a minor inconvenience.

What do you like best about the product?
I mean, I do like that Grammarly just sort of automatically does it, and so that I appreciate. Well, just the fact that it, well, basically automatically does it means that I don't have to really think about activating it or anything like that, and that's helpful to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are certain suggestions that it seems to make and it seems to repeat those suggestions at times. So if I've technically rejected those, sometimes they seem to pop back up. It's usually to do with, like, an expression that I just don't agree with how Grammarly is expressing it, and they tend to make that same suggestion back over again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me with writing in passive voice and offers suggestions for various grammatical issues that I often encounter due to my habits.

It would be good if Grammarly also checks not only in passive context.
