Lifesaver!!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business helps me day to day with anything from sending emails to writing formal documents. It ensures I am accurate and articulate in my writing!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have found with Grammarly Business is the compatibility I have between devices and browsers. Sometimes Grammarly will not stay open, so I have to close the tap and reopen it to use the add-on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammerly Business is actively working to make me a better writer and more efficient communicator!
The Solid-ness of Grammarly
What do you like best about the product?
It makes me seem smart when writing to other colleagues both internally and outside of the organization. Is provides me with fantastic vocabulary to get my message across
What do you dislike about the product?
Is pop up a bit too much for comfort. There are some messages which are necessary to get my point across but the Grammarly pop up is always there to suggest another method of communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have very poor spelling and need assistance with that on a constant basis. On top of that, it definitely doesn't hurt to have a better vocabulary and way of writing overall.
Grammarly is the only writing tool you'll ever need
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it does everything well. I do not require any other product, as it has all the features I could ever want. It's a one-stop-shop that can do it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. I've been using the product for over three years. I can honestly say I've never had a single problem. They have a fantastic flagship product that is very robust.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Over the years, I've tried every tool I could find, but nothing compares to Grammarly. It works on every type of document, whether on the internet, a Word doc, notepad, or something more obscure.
It's made my life so convenient that I cannot go without it, and I would recommend this to everyone who wants to improve their writing.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the helpful comments that Grammarly suggests. One of my favorite parts about Grammarly is the text tone. I also enjoy the suggestion of how to structure a sentence better. I must admit, I could write much better with Grammarly's support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of using Grammarly is that it sometimes has errors when producing a new sentence structure. Although it has high accuracy in doing so, sometimes it may be incorrect or take away important prepositions, which complete the sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is solving the issue of being unable to communicate clearly or efficiently through email. It has increased my ability to be direct and to convey what I am saying clearly and concisely.
Essential Writing Tool with Minor UI Challenges
What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammarly a lot! It's really helpful for writing and editing articles for work. It catches little errors that might otherwise be easy to miss, and its general underlining feature helps when it senses a potential issue. Having Grammarly on while writing or editing saves me time, and the initial setup was very easy. The browser extension allows it to work wherever I do, like in Google Docs and the WordPress CMS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the little popup boxes cover things I need to see on my CMS. I wish they wouldn't pop up unless clicked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly for writing and editing articles for work. It helps catch little errors I might otherwise miss and saves me time. I appreciate its underlining feature to identify potential issues.

What do you like best about the product?
As a professional writer, Grammarly business helps me catch typos and mistakes and, furthermore suggests different ways to write the message I want to communicate. It has helped me to get to know myself as a writer and expand my writing range.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't understand why I get to use Grammarly on specific platforms and others not. I am not sure how to configure that. I would love for the snippet tool to be more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I write many articles and descriptions a day. It helps me catch typos and be consistent in my voice and tone. I am more productive and helps me avoid mistakes.
Makes life so much easier for Customer support agents
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best things about Grammarly is how fast it detects typos and also the special tone suggestions it gives that it learns as you use it. It's been great coming up with alternative phrases that sound better almost all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
It still has the occasional issues, especially when used as an extension, where it fails to work properly, failing to detect the mistakes until you refresh the page, I would prefer to use the MacOS app version but my experience with that has been even worse where the detection time is really slow on the text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me ignore any typos i make while typing fast which makes me way more efficient while working in the Customer Support field, as it is one less thing to think about while working, the extra addition of phrase suggestions lately has been amazing at making me sound more professional as well.

I use Grammarly Business daily to help write more precise and professional emails. i also use it with sentence structure and providing synomonos to help build my vocabulary.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I don't like. I find this product very helpful and useful! It has helped me improve my writing and suggests edits when needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business helps me become a better writer. I commonly have issues with structure and I can count on Grammarly Business to help me out!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Grammarly has improved my thoughts when communicating with others via text and email. Even writing this simple review Grammarly is on it. She, Grammarly is a girl, is improving how I write, thus communicating to others. Thank you for everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
She tries to change my style to a more friendlier manner. Some emails are not meant to be friendly but a matter of fact. Other than that, I can ignore the suggestions and move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Clarity when writing reports, emails, and texts to staff. This is a great tool!

Placement of the icon where I'm typing, I don't know how, but it always seems to be in the way :)
