User-Friendly, Accurate, and Versatile Writing Assistant
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly for school work, and it helps me by catching spelling and grammar mistakes and offering suggestions in emails. I like that it's user-friendly and generally quite accurate. I also find that Grammarly integrates across applications really well, and the initial setup was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more information about the uses of AI in Grammarly so I can better provide information to my school regarding using it as part of graduate studies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to catch spelling and grammar mistakes and get suggestions for emails.
A Must-Have Writing Companion for Perfectionists
What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely LOVE Grammarly. I use it for every written project or piece of work I undertake, mainly for emails and while writing my novel. The thing I like the most is that it helps me to be the best writer I can be, from a punctuation and spelling point of view, which I can be quite OCD about. It corrects my punctuation, spelling, and even suggests ways to improve sentences. While writing my novel, I can select an entire paragraph and get an insight into what might read better or appear more interesting without changing the focus of my story. I can also easily reject the suggestions. Additionally, it must have been incredibly simple to set up because I cannot remember setting it up at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Grammarly 'G' disappears from Word or Outlook, which can be frustrating because I rely on it. I simply restart the app when this happens, and I'm back to work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly corrects my punctuation, spelling, and suggests improvements for better writing. It helps me be the best writer I can be, especially with my novel, by allowing paragraph insights while preserving my story's focus.
Facilitate Writing Efficiently, Although It Must Improve on Mobile Devices
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and that the interface is very fast. I also value that the documents are saved in the cloud and the browser extension. I love the text objectives, such as adjusting a text to be formal, business-like, and persuasive. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and I find it excellent that the web part works efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
They must improve the mobile part, as I stopped using it because it didn't work well with the keyboard and it wasn't very pleasant. They must improve the keyboard or the way it integrates with the texts written on the mobile, as I used it to write emails and formal texts for better accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to improve my writing and resolve doubts about grammar and difficult words, helping me with the objective of my text.

What do you like best about the product?
Extension and plug-ins that will provide inline correction and related features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price-wise it is very expensive considering the actual benefits to a user.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Grammarly's ease of use and seamless integration. It helps me save time when writing emails and ensures that my deliverables are professional and polished.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions for wording are not applicable to the work I am doing. It's also sometimes a bit aggressive in suggesting changes. If I decide not to use a suggested change, it keeps recommending the same suggestion over and over, and I keep having to dismiss it. This takes up a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me write clearly and succinctly, ensures correct spelling, and corrects typos. It saves time on emails and makes my deliverables professional and polished.

I don't like that Grammarly doesn't like passive writing; I don't see anything wrong with it.

Every time I have to write to friends, colleagues or customer representatives, it helps me to avoid mistakes and make my writing more straightforward.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly works on different platforms, so I don't need to go into other applications to use it. The AI seems to work well, which is a big plus. I also find it convenient that it autocorrects as I go instead of having to make all the corrections at the end. The initial setup was very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that the suggestions sometimes are not the best. Some of them seem less professional than I would personally go for.

I use Grammarly for business, like drafting emails and editing reports. I love having a grammar tutor beside me throughout each business day. It helps me rephrase sentences for better impact and persuades my readers. Having Grammarly always there to continually correct me and enhance the flow of my writing is invaluable. Plus, the setup was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the current version, I find the function to rephrase text as either Persuasive, Professional, or Empathic hard to locate. Making the button or selection easier to find would help.

I use Grammarly for business emails, working papers, and reports. It rephrases sentences for better flow and impact, persuading readers effectively. It feels like having a grammar tutor alongside me, improving message effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
I most appreciate that with Grammarly, I don't have to worry about the details of getting things right in terms of spelling, punctuation, and clarity of thought. Grammarly takes care of most of that... It's great because I can capture the moment and then go back after I've gotten the complete thought out to modify it in a way that sounds more like me and gets specifically to the points I want to make without redundancy. The initial setup was extremely simple also.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything that is not working well for me. If I find things are a little bit cumbersome, then I work around it. I interact with Grammarly by changing to the system as opposed to forcing me to change the system and it's not very often that I need to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to organize my thoughts, ensuring clarity and detail without worrying about spelling or punctuation, and to refine my writing to sound more like me which also speaks to the intended audience.
