I love this for updating the tone of emails and communications.
What do you like best about the product?
Using Grammarly Businessrelaly ensures that I convey my thoughts the way I need them to. Being able to set the tone settings to be sure I am on brand with my business's tone is a game changer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be glitchy and not populate on the page I am trying to check which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's really helpful in checking the tone of all of the messaging we send out which is incredibly helpful when it comes to communicating with customers.
Grammarly is Very Useful
What do you like best about the product?
I really love using this application to double check grammar on all my work as well as public facing copy for our company. It is so useful to use and many of the suggestions are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes the suggestions don't always apply to what I am trying to convey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great help for once I have a base of what I am tryiing to write. Sometimes I just write a run on sentence and it suggests ways in which to rephrase and make better.
Great tool for small teams
What do you like best about the product?
Can always count on Grammarly as a second set of eyes for our team when others aren't available to proofread. Also love the ability to set organization wide language use information, particularly for specialized work, as it can also function as an organizational glossary.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to see it adapt better on an individual level - there are some phrases used that are common parlance in our work that have to be manually added to avoid being flagged/corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly serves as a proofreader for a small team that otherwise doesn't have the bandwidth. It is also great for both maintaining and illustrating professional standards in the workplace, even if it's to illustrate why we don't want to use them.
Grammarly Business is Extremely Helpful
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to install and use. It has been a great way to make writing more concise and direct while being friendly. Grammarly has helped take our business communications to the next level!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Grammarly business works great, is easy to use, and even if I don't agree with a suggestion, it is easy to skip it and move on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us be more concise, and accurate with our writing both internally and externally! Yes, we have been a lot more productive with our work since using it.

What do you like best about the product?
As a non-native speaker, I love how Grammarly makes me sound more professional and straightforward. For that reason, I have the plug-in in my email and any work-related app I use. At the same time, I value how Grammarly helps me rephrase in a more effective way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, some style suggestions completely change the meaning of what I am trying to say and I had to be careful not to accept all changes before reviewing them first

As a non-native speaker, it has helped me with grammatical errors and rephrasing in a more efficient and direct way.

Sometimes the rephrasing option is not working well and maybe if Grammarly could read context, it could be better

What do you like best about the product?
In our non-profit organization, we love how configurable Grammarly Business is for multiple users. Through the administration panel, we can configure rules about acronyms, abbreviations, parts-of-speech, passivity, and many others. We've also found the Microsoft Office plugin for Word/Outlook very useful in correcting outgoing emails, donor or investor responses, and our email campaigns. Finally, the Grammarly team has just debuted their Generative AI technology to Business & Enterprise Users, making it tremendously easier to create actionable memos, invitations, HR communications, and documentation. It's clear from the continuing pace of development that this kind of innovation is only just beginning, which gives us the confidence to stick with Grammarly for the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't yet encountered any downsides with Grammarly Business. We'd like to see the AI features rolled out to the Office plugins as soon as it's possible to test them there, otherwise we have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly Business has been a great help in ensuring professionalism in our emails - at all levels - and public-facing communications. Being able to compose a social media post or promotional campaign with generative AI and still have the confidence that there won't be any errors in tone or transmission is thoroughly useful to us.
Mandatory for professionals with non-native English
What do you like best about the product?
As a researcher and tech-writer, I must constantly write academic and well-proofed English texts. Since English is not my primary language, some typos and incorrect writing could happen. Having Grammarly point them to me helps to focus on my tasks instead o keep reviewing texts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing a disklike in Grammarly is when installing the plugin, they try to fix non-English language, but of course, this is not Grammarly's fault. Maybe language detection could solve this issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase the quality of my texts and reduce the number of reviews I need to make. This reduction reviewing text turns me a more productive professional and even help me pointing out common mistakes I used to make when writing texts.
Solid and affordable
What do you like best about the product?
As an admin I can easily manage seats and see usage so I can remove users who aren't actively using the platform. We imported our own style guide to better prompt people to use product terminology correctly and to generally improve their writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like that we can import our own style guide - but I'd say the visualization of the recommendations from that can be a bit bulky and I find myself skipping over those -that may be more to do with the complexity of our style guide vs. Grammarly though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
He have a lot of people writing public content across our organization (blogs, emails, social media, etc.) and this allows us to provide better guidance on writing style as a whole as well as our company style guide to drive a bit higher quality and consistency

What do you like best about the product?
Curating documentation, policies, procedures, etc. is an incredibly burdening task when you are starting from scratch. Grammarly for Business allowed our organization to pinpoint the language and vibe we need in our documentation so that we could create better documentation faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Grammarly for Business for us is currently assimilating our more technology-adverse users to use Grammarly for Business more often. Grammarly makes it easy with lots of guides and resources though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Curating documentation with our tone, brand, and language consistently. Grammarly for Business also makes it as easy as a click of a button cutting our time to produce in half.
