What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly is an invaluable resource to review and assess my writing. I appreciate the customization options for tone and style, even if I don't use that as much as the standard spelling, grammar, and punctuation checks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that hovering icon a little annoying on screen. Also, I'd like an option to select that I'm working on an outline so that Grammarly doesn't flag every partial sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am in a writing-heavy role and Grammarly keeps my output strong.

Great experience with Grammarly so far
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly makes great suggestions that improve our content's readability and overall quality. I'm enjoying using the new GrammarlyGO tool to generate and review/rewrite text.
What do you dislike about the product?
the Grammarly app updates frequently and this can cause it to stop working on my work computer due to IT security features. It would be great if Grammarly could stop this from happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a quick way to improve writing. It saves time and allows me to edit a large content volume easily. Before Grammarly, it was challenging to keep up with editing workload, and now it's manageable.

What do you like best about the product?
It's highly addictive and helpful if your primary language is not English. It helped my team a lot to fix their mistakes and improved our communication with our customers a lot!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's unable to understand the main topic, showing false positive mistakes. But they are not that important.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For non-native English speakers, sometimes it's hard to understand if your messages to the customers are lost in translation. With Grammarly, you can forget that and write your draft. After that, you can quickly fix your mistakes and do your proofreading. It's like having a grammar master on your team!

I am not a native speaker, and it really helps me write emails to my clients correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it suggests me a correction and then when I accept it, it suggests the first word I wrote.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Typos. Unprofessional emails. I need to look professional to my clients.
I'm more competent with this tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Since I've added the Chrome extension, Grammarly has helped me understand and improve aspects of my emails and documents to sound more confident and make sure that my tone is coming across correctly. Being a run-on sentence queen, this tool has helped me greatly reduce that. It's now turned into a game to see how many unique words I can use weekly along with trying to compose things without edits.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a first-world problem- sometimes Grammarly doesn't recognize the sentence structure correctly, so it will get stuck in a loop of trying to suggest edits or rewrites, and it's only competing with itself. The other small dislike is the suggestion icon at the end of sentences sometimes will get in the way and I can't see what I'm typing.

Grammarly helps ensure that my emails and documents are concise and well-written. It also helps me be more productive because I worry less about if my grammar is correct and am more focused on the actual content.

My native language is spanish, but where I work everything is in English, so Grammarly helps me a lot in work, an communication with other team members, is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes when I am writing on some page, the logo of Grammarly appears in a corner where I need to click, but I cant because the logo is there and is very difficult

What do you like best about the product?
Grammerly quickly calls out grammar errors and better ways to present my sentences, making content sound more professional. It also gives me support when others do not agree with grammar corrections.
What do you dislike about the product?
The little icon hovers in my way quite often. Sometimes when working on content it underlines things in red that are not true spelling errors. At times, when I click on the grammerly suggestion, it inserts into the middle of a word,making more for me to have to correct.

Quickly spotting grammmar, spelling and structure errors, leading to better content in less time.
On-Brand Across All Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Our company went through a rebrand and the updated brand voice/tone was critical to making our brand really sing. I love that I am able to put in guides so everyone can feel empowered to write on-brand. It's also helped our marketing team share 'marketing' copy with the snippets feature so we can share how to talk about our product and every team has access to that as they are writing brand copy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to have more insights across users. I can see if a user is active and if they used a snippet, but it seems like there could be even more analytics there that would help us improve. It would also be nice to capture the language other users are writing so that could be turned into a snippet.

Assists me in remembering all the Grammar rules from English Class!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I don't have to think as hard about all the grammar rules that I may not remember from high school English class! Grammarly does this for me and so much more! It truly helps in making my emails sounds better, more fluent, and more professional! I couldn't imagine not having Grammarly in writing emails and documents for work anymore!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly gives me suggestions that don't make sense in the context of what I am writing, but this sometimes annoyance is a small price to pay for the help it gives me! There are times I disregard what it suggests because it simply isn't what I am trying to say. Again, this is a small annoyance to deal with for all the help it gives me each and every day!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't want to send emails to donors, committee members, students, etc. that sounds like I don't know how to write so the suggestions that pop up and the amount of punctuation that is corrected is priceless! I very much enjoy having this product on my work computer.
