Great way to make sure what I write looks professional - yet friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
I think having features like Snippets is so good because it lets you save templates and expected responses. This saves time and makes sure you don't make errors when communicating!
What do you dislike about the product?
The extension can be a bit slow to load. Sometimes I have to click the "\" shortcut about 6- times just to give my snippets menu a chance to load! It would be nice to have this load quicker!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly gives great suggestions to make writing concise and improve the tone and make it friendly! Also helps to have spell check through this. Love the suggestions of synonyms to make writing interesting!
Amazing reference for ideal communication
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to manage your communications with customers thoroughly while also maintaining a personable touch is key to securing meaningful relationships! Compared to other textual correction tools, this one ensures that your voice is still relayed throughout the messaging created.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when working on a specific document that's already been created, it provides the corrections highlighted under the wrong words. I would like to see proper alignment on documents like this so corrections are placed accurately!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It creates immediate resolve to run-on sentences or communications that may not have initially been clear. I do feel more confident in my ability to articulate purpose and meaning to customers more accurately.
Helps with consistency
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can create a style guide and others use it. I also appreciate the additional recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more features for the cost. Maybe more AI options or sentence rewriting suggestions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency, conciseness, quality.
My experience with Grammarly has been amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm learning how to phrase my sentences better, therefore communicating more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Grammarly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly is helping me with the tome of my writing and to be more confident in my writing skills
Great product that makes us look professional
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great tool that solved the issue of my team members sending emails with spelling and grammatical errors. It helps us to provide consistant messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few suggestions that I do not agree with. It would be great if the program becomes familiar with my preferences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a manager, it solved the issues of my team not double checking their emails they send to clients. It prevents both spelling and gramatical errors and makes our business look professional.
Grammarly, the best content-optimizing tool
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Grammarly is how it caters to your goals and needs.it is incredibly accurate in catching grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors. It has helped me improve my writing skills by identifying my weak areas and suggesting how to fix them.
I also appreciate the user-friendly interface that allows me to quickly and easily integrate it with my writing platforms such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, and even social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the suggestions it offers don't quite fit the context of my writing, and I have to ignore them or manually edit the text. Additionally, the premium version can be pretty expensive, and while I find the additional features useful, I'm unsure if they justify the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Grammarly Business, I no longer worry about embarrassing typos or grammatical mistakes in my emails to colleagues, clients, or superiors. The tool helps me to catch and correct errors quickly and easily, allowing me to communicate more effectively and professionally.
In addition to its grammar and spell-checking capabilities, Grammarly Business offers suggestions for sentence structure, style, and tone. This feature has been handy for me when crafting essential documents, such as reports or proposals.

Love Grammarly Business
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly business is customizable so the language reflects my business communication practices and ensures the communications sent out are congruent with our culture
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the communication I send is intentionally conversational and though Grammarly learns my communication style, I can spend a lot of time dismissing suggestions that are not helpful in regards to not being a formal email or communication going out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I type fast but not necessarily with a ton of accuracy. I have dyslexia and it helps make sure that what I am reading/ writing is what I intended. It is, also, ensuring that the communication between my teams are clear and in the "voice of my org"
quick edits on the go
What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, quick review for emails and even chats is helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
the pop ups are actually quite annoying and seem to repeat (rephrasing/ rewriting thibgs constantly) - a fully edited document keeps popping up with new suggestions, often circling back and forth between a previously suggested edit
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
saving efficiency and time on proofreading emails and quick documents
Has Helped Me Write More Clearly and Better
What do you like best about the product?
I write a lot in my job (Educ/Admin Pastor). I like that Grammarly doesn't just point out mistakes or areas of concern but offers alternatives. It's unobtrusive — while it marks (red underline) areas of concern, it doesn't interrupt my train of thought while I'm writing. At any point, I can click the Grammarly icon and review its suggestions to correct grammar errors, misspellings, potentially confusing sentence structure, and to suggest alternate words that might be more appropriate.
I also like the weekly e-mail that reviews my writing and lets me know how I'm doing.
Grammarly, for me, is almost indispensable — it beats the built-in grammar checkers in any app that I've used. Even with the things that I wish were different, I **HIGHLY** recommend Grammarly.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the placement of the Grammarly icon is obtrusive. While there are alternative spots where I can move the icon, I wish I could move it wherever I want.
I'm not sure what style guide Grammarly uses (maybe there's a way to change that), but I have trouble understanding its use of commas. I wish it would at least give me either a hint about why my placement or lack of a comma is incorrect or a link to an explanation.
Grammarly doesn't like "own" as an adjective — e.g., His own experience was…
Probably 1/3 of the suggested corrections for me are in material that has been quoted verbatim (copy-and-paste). I don't think there's a way to fix that.
Even with those few things, I still highly recommend Grammarly Business.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps with incorrect grammar and unclear writing. I am able to send out communications without worrying that someone will be distracted by my writing.
An excellent tool for growing in professionalism
What do you like best about the product?
I love that Grammarly focuses on so many elements of written communication. From tone to grammar, it has become clear how these things can make or break your communication style. I love that it is easily accessible on all devices and keeps you consistent across the board.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike, but I would love it if there were "batch fixes" for addressing things like a lower-case "i" or other elements that could be auto corrected or batch corrected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is creating consistency across our platforms. It allows us to maintain a clarity in our communication that allows those we are communicating with to feel comforted or familiar with us, making it easier to engage regularly.
