Great add-on
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it integrates with all platforms I use to write. I see immediately any errors on Chrome or Word and the tips for improving my writing and style are great. The weekly emails with stats are a fun way to stay engaged and grow my writing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times the plug-in displays over needed items for website function. I also wish the platform had a memory and wouldn't show the same "error" repeatedly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can rest assured that my writing doesn't have basic errors and know I present professionally in everything we send.

What do you like best about the product?
Dealing with tight deadlines, Grammarly helps me communicate with internal and external clients without making careless mistakes and ensuring what I am communicating reflects who I am as a professional - someone who has a keen attention to detail
What do you dislike about the product?
I am in the instrumentation industry in Canada, and some vocabulary and phrases we use do not conform to popular writing styles. I have to keep ignoring Grammarly's recommendations in such situations. I wish there were an option to save certain phrases in Grammarly, which I regularly use, which may not be proper English, but it is required when communicating with my colleagues and clients in the same industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps to write with better clarity, thereby avoiding misunderstandings with my customers. This helps avoid confusion, further clarifications and helps in communicating efficiently, there by saving money and time for everyone involved.
Grammarly Saves me!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business has saved me in many of emails to clients. My grammar is not the greatest and thanks to Grammarly I can send emails without humiliation and client knowing what I want to actually say
What do you dislike about the product?
I can not find one thing that I can say about Grammarly that is not positive. There is nothing to dislike that is for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using grammarly gives me great suggestions on how to write collection emails that does not sound passive aggressive to the client. It has helped our collections tremendously
Easy addition to prevent errors
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to install and use. Grammarly catches a lot of really simple mistakes and makes emails and written docs more polished and professional. We encourage all of our team to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Grammarly occasionally will clean up a sentence "too much" to the point that it no longer makes sense. Some professions have particular words, structures, or acronyms that Grammarly will flag as an error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's cutting down on time spent proofreading documents and notes and the time to go back into our data system and make corrections. It ensures a more professional and polished written document.
An On-Demand Editor
What do you like best about the product?
I work in publishing, so I'm always glad to have Grammarly proof my emails to our editorial department! :) But really, it's beyond a proof tool. It allows me to monitor the delivery—how the tone of how something may come across and it ensures the content is best prioritized. It also makes sure my verb tenses are in agreement...which is great. I love the weekly email that includes stats like how may words were checked and what my trend is for tones that week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it suggests a change only to suggest the change back. It also periodically has issues with adding an extra space only to give an alert to remove the space. They're all relatively minor issues, but it would be nice to avoid them being included in my "top errors" report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's so easy to type out an email or a social media post and hit send without adequately proofing it. Grammarly is that second set of eyes.
Helps me sound more professional
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy that it gives me suggestions while I write. In my position, I write emails that go out to team members. I am not a great writer. I sometimes have a hard time writing out what I am thinking. Grammarly Business helps me make things more clear with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I dislike about Grammarly. There have only been a few instances where it has a suggestion to change something in my writing that has not made sense.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not the greatest at writing emails. I can have a hard time putting into words what is in my head. Grammarly gives me many suggestions on writing and making things more clear when I'm writing my emails.

What do you like best about the product?
Grammarly Business ensures that my writings are professional and maintain a positive tone. My grammar is accurate and makes it easy to correct any faulty grammar.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like about Grammarly Business. I have had no issues with the system itself and it gives you different options for the type of written communication you are sending out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly corrects the tone issue within an email and the grammar used when writing professional business emails to staff. It's a second check for all emails and provides better wording for emails.
Game changer for me and my team!
What do you like best about the product?
It has helped us create better and more on brand communication for our organization. I like that you can add brand standards and it is customizable. We have our HR and Marketing teams using it and both are finding it worth the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't come across anything that we dislike about Grammarly Business yet. If I had to pick something, it would be to have a better app for the Mac but it is fine for what I use it for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had all sorts of inconsistent off brand communication so it has helped us sync that. Also, for a couple of us grammar isn't our speciality, so it helps us sound better and more professional.

It offers suggestions for correctly used phrases in legal templates/motions.
