Effortless Setup, Comprehensive Writing Aid
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Grammarly provides explanations for corrections, which helps me understand what the changes are for, and it also guides me on how to incorporate these corrections into my emails. Setting up Grammarly was super easy, with no difficulties at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Grammarly changes the tense of words incorrectly, like switching words to past tense when they should be in present tense or vice versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly helps me change the tone of my emails and corrects grammatical errors.
Boosts Confidence with Dyslexia, Despite Some Platform Inconsistencies
What do you like best about the product?
I started using Grammarly because I'm dyslexic and needed a tool to help communicate and correct my work. Grammarly solves my spelling issues and helps correct my writing style. I enjoy using Grammarly and now feel more confident with replying to day-to-day emails and creating documents. I really enjoy the 'make better' tool, which assists me in making my work look bigger and more professional. Setting Grammarly up was easy and felt like plug and play. Overall, I feel I struggle if I don't have Grammarly around.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like that it does not work in Excel on Mac. And I find the way it works in Word is frustrating. I wish Grammarly presented itself in the same format over all apps and platforms. I think this frustrates me as I struggle with dyslexia and I’m confident in one application then struggle with its layout in other platforms. Also, I found it hard setting up in Word. Additionally, I’m missing its use on the Q2 app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Grammarly to help with spelling and correct my writing style since I’m dyslexic. It helps make my writing clearer and more professional. I feel more confident when replying to emails and creating documents.

What do you like best about the product?
I used the free version for a while. I really like the benefits of the free version. However, I upgraded to the paid plan. I love the help it gives you when writing and in correcting documents sent to me. I use it for all of our Church Conference communications and for our Church Conference bi-monthly Magazine. Grammarly is easy to use and implement in my work day. I love the number of features that it gives.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I want to use a word several times in a paragraph to emphasize it. The constant suggestion to change the word can be frustrating at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Grammarly gives me the confidence to produce a great-sounding document or magazine. I think the suggestion to reword a paragraph to improve its sound is helpful.

I love using Grammarly for writing, proofreading, and editing. It helps me correct my work, write first drafts, and improve my own drafts. I appreciate the features for improving engagement and delivery, and I find the AI features really valuable. They help ensure my writing lands properly and suggest better words or synonyms that improve my writing. I also find it convenient to use Grammarly in Google Docs and through the web extension. The initial setup was really easy and straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think only one thing could be improved, the email editor. Sometimes the dialogue box doesn't pop up and function properly

I like the fact that Grammarly is integrated directly into the apps that I use most, such as Word and Outlook.

Sometimes I find that when I try to perform the corrections that they do not work the first time. But this could be an integration issue.

I use Grammarly for completing my master's degree and now in the business sector for writing reports and composing emails to clients.
A Time-Saving Marvel for Fast Typists
What do you like best about the product?
I use Grammarly to save time with my emails and fix key misstrikes while typing fast. I like that it thinks and often offers a clearer sentence structure when I make mistakes in a hurry. Grammarly's logic helps by fixing keystroke errors or drawing them to my attention, acting as an incredible time-saving tool. It lets me type and move fast, capturing my thoughts and making me pause to review when needed. I've used Grammarly for years and recently upgraded to Pro, which was one of the best decisions I've made. Setting it up was very easy and logical. Also, I use it seamlessly with ChatGPT, allowing me to input coherent data fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an issue with Grammarly where a small tab would hover over what I was typing, slowing me down significantly. I was patient, but I didn't know how to fix Grammarly's issues with me. Grammar support said I may be running two versions of Grammarly. NOTHING

I use Grammarly to save time on emails, correcting my typos and confusing sentence structures. It enhances clarity, allowing me to type quickly and coherently without worrying about mistakes. It will enable ME TO THINK FAST. IF I DO MAKE AND ERROR, GRAMMARLY WIL FIX IT OR GIVE ME option to CHANGE IT

What do you like best about the product?
That it works across applications without my having to actibvely open it up - it is always "on."
What do you dislike about the product?
The desktop vs the online versions. That has created some conflict and confusion for me that nearly had me throwing it away. Make a single version of your application and make it easy to use on a Mac.

What do you like best about the product?
I like everything, especially Grammarly's new generative AI feature that serves for everything. I find it super useful because it allows you to use it both on web pages and in text documents, and you can ask it for many things, like making summaries and responding to emails. It is very comprehensive. Additionally, it helps me write quality texts in English and ensures that my documents and texts have professional quality. I use Grammarly massively because I don't have to copy and paste anything and its initial setup is very easy, as everything works upon logging in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool doesn't correctly recognize what I'm working on. The pop-up icon occasionally doesn't correctly identify the text I'm asking about, which forces me to copy and paste it into Grammarly so it understands the prompt.

I really like how Grammarly indicates my grammar mistakes as soon as I write and offers suggestions to improve clarity and tone. It provides alternative words to express my ideas better and helps me be more confident, friendly, or clear in my communication. I also appreciate the Rewrite feature with its different tones. Using Grammarly, I've learned to express myself better even though English isn't my first language. The initial setup was very easy for me, and I use it with various software like Google Docs, Canvas, Overleaf, and as a keyboard on my phone with applications like WhatsApp, Slack, and Gmail.
What do you dislike about the product?
My main problem is that sometimes, when I use Grammarly to fix my tone or rephrase, it is flagged as AI-generated by several tools, which stresses me out because the ideas are mine. This has happened while using Grammarly for homework, and now I need to disable the plugin to avoid its suggestions during my work.

I use Grammarly to review my grammar and style in personal and professional contexts. It helps correct my grammatical mistakes, like typos and misspellings, and improves my clarity and tone, making my writing more formal or friendly as needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that in marketing, I have to wait for people’s approval of my copywriting, and Grammarly cuts down on that time. For day-to-day, I like that Grammarly captures the tone of the copy, as I write for different accounts, while also keeping my own voice rather charming, which alters the tone and mood.

I love it! I don't like how sometimes the keyboard makes mistakes on words or I have to shut it down on websites.
