What I enjoy about Laceworks is the easy-to-use navigation, simplified dashboard, and the wide array of tools available to make decisions
What do you dislike about the product?
Laceworks can be expensive compared to some other offerings, but the price is generally justified for the features. Could us more integrations for remediations?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lacework helps use help our customers achieve compliance and provides a high level of visibility into gaps and deficiencies that need to be addressed.
Great partnership that's always evolving!
What do you like best about the product?
Lacework worked with us to build our cloud security. And when we were still over on assets, has hung in there and worked with us while we tried to make changes rather than charging us boatloads.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we started, Lacework was younger and still growing. Now they have hit a point where they have a great product, but we are working to try to improve the reporting capabilities and views.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a one-size-fits-all security solution before and found it wasn't meeting our needs. We migrated off that solution and used an EDR product + Lacework. We didn't know at the time, but LW also had a partnership coming with that EDR, so we have gotten the best of both worlds.

Lacework enables organizations to make informed decisions and take proactive measures to enhance their security.

Less accessible for small businesses with limited budgets

The time consuming and effort to identify vulnerabilities within the system
Lacework provides comprehensive security events and is easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, user interface and new features are being rolled up contienuously

sometimes there is not enough context to understand the events in AWS
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
provides security events to our SOC (security operation center)
Lacework helps us to easily identify and remediate security issues.
What do you like best about the product?
The depth of container and AWS integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We encounter a number of minor UI bugs, which cause some effort to workaround (e.g. selections on reports sometimes go away when changing context)

Lacework provides HIDS for our servers, scanning for our containers, and good reporting to help achieve compliance requirements.

Easy reports, easy agent installation and integration with cloud environments, great support

Nothing really! Sometimes the updates policies can clash but not Lacework's fault

We can track our compliance with NIST and also manage our vulnerabilities in the cloud now

Lacework for Vulnerability Management
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent support and turnaround times for features, requests, and general guidance. Strong technical knowledge of the tool, its' benefits, and continuous check-ins.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal and UI may take a while to load due to the extensiveness of the polygraph feature, and the amount of info displayed on a page can overwhelm the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing vulnerabilities in container images that are active in the environment, and alerting on potential threats and suspicious behavior across the environment in non-container machines and other hosts. Widespread usage for alerting mechanisms and integrating continuous monitoring.
Laceworks is a valuable tool if configured correctly
What do you like best about the product?
Laceworks provides a lot of information that is actionable in a clean, relatively easy to use interface, that allows us to have better security and alerts for our system.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration and update process is not as intuitive as I would expect for a service that is this expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Laceworks provides a clean dashboard into vulnerability management of the cloud and containers.
