What do you like best about the product?
It has everything that a CRM must have.
User access is simple, each stage of sales has been defined, very convenient to directly update the leads, contacts and deals through Outlook.

I do not find anything to dislike with ZOHO CRM.

- Keeping records of sales cycle.
- Complete database of leads and contacts for all geographies and industry verticals.
- Deal tracker and reminding with the records that I have maintained for taking the follow ups.
- Sales analytics to track down KPI's.

Zoho inventory
What do you like best about the product?
Its linked with the Zoho books so it is easy to get the price and cost linked to the sales invoices and purchase bills. This also helps in seeing to inventory assets and the list of items in the inventory with the unique reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few options which we have to setup in the initial stage if we missed to setup properly or we need to update in a later stage then there in option to update the settings because of which our zoho books number aren't accurate. And if we have to anyhow do it then we need to create new items with correct settings and move the transactions in new item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to records and asses the inventory with Zoho inventory. It is easy to maintain as the options are clear and user friendly. We are able to see the stocks purchased and sales report based on item which helps to understand the movements based on items
We are hooked onto Zoho Books as our Online Accounting Software
What do you like best about the product?
Love that Zoho Books is a cloud based accoutning software with so many available integrations to CRM, Expense, etc. Simple ways to file taxes, invoice, track exenses, etc. Just makes it so easy and efficient as an organisation. Gone are the days of tally, welcome Zoho Books.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features that are really important need a subscription. But you can also only pay for hat you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a business owner who does not have a very strong accounting background and wants to make sure that I have an overview of our accouting. Zoho books is so easy to understand and use and doesnt require so much of an accounting jargon.

Easy user interface and constant updates based on tax regulations

The free plan can be a bit limiting. The paid plan is a bit steep to begin with.

Creating estimates and invoices for customers as well as keeping all bank account statements up to date and matched.

What do you like best about the product?
Extremely flexible for almost any type of business. Easy to learn and easy to train others. You can run your business with your cell phone, tablet, or computer. I have used Zoho Books for running an importing and exporting company. It's use of multiple currencys works great with suppliers in other countries. It's free version is great for start ups and small businesses. You can upgrade for extra features as your needs and business grows. It will link to your bank and credit card accounts, which makes tracking expenses easy. They have in app chat support that is fairly responsive. You don't have to wait long to get a live person for help. I recommend this software to my friends and businesses. Zoho suite of apps all work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to say about what I dislike about Zoho Books. I would improve their customization capabilities for their templates of invoices, purchase orders, and other business forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoho Books quickly made my startup business looking professional from the start. I was able to track my payables and receivables, email or text message an invoice with my cell phone. I was able to trach purchases and maintain accurate inventories. I am able to export data and create PDF reports for sales and accounting.

1. All of their applications under zoho oone is not configured to colabarate with each other well.

It also provides the real time update, which allows the organization to adapt qucikly to changing market conditions or expected value. Zoho books provide immense support for reducing the manual data entry and analysis. Further, it also helps us to prepare tax return like TDS & GST in very effificient manner.
