What do you like best about the product?
The best about kore.AI is very easy to create bot , there are many different features which they provide , It supports multichannel and languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me more time to understand all features .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me in creating bots easily as it provides multi- channel support so I can run my single bot on different channel.

What do you like best about the product?
Ui is very user friendly and easy to use we can create bot easily with drag and drop even as a first timer i did not face any issues using the portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
we do not have full control over bot. if i want to add some features according to client need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is provides very fast and reliable solution for creating chat bot with just drag and drop features.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, documentation and community support present. Multiple entities and node types for every different use case.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somewhat buggy platform and difficult to debug if an error occurs, especially in script nodes or bot action. Many areas, like chat history in the NLP management section, don't work as expected. Documentation is outdated, and community support is not yet much developed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to quickly develop intelligent chatbots with minimum coding and easy-to-apply logic. The prebuilt entities' training is good, with room for improvement.

Kore.ai has the downside of requiring technical knowledge, as configuring and making bot flow is difficult for a non-tech person. You will need basic computer skills; reading the documentation and following tutorials may take time.

Kore.AI helps organizations build automated conversational agents and chatbots. By using Kore.AI, organizations can automate mundane tasks, reduce customer service costs, and increase efficiency. It also helps organizations provide better customer service and improve customer satisfaction.

It is very easy to learn, design the conversations, data tables, and data forms and easy to integrate as well.

Escalation to agents is one of the main features of a conversational AI platform. It should have been covered better.

Automate intents for various organisations. Providing conversational solutions to resolve customer issues.
