Excellent to use kore.AI
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use kore.AI. very easy to use chat bot. Very easy to create a chat bot. I am very interesting to do that chat bot kore.AI. It Solve customer queries, any time, anywhere.its handle full conversation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislike in Kore.AI chat bot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have so many benefits. Easy to use . Time saving while using the kore. AI .

Automation using AI, NPL, KG, and in the Future, kore.ai is the best part of providing a solution.

only Javascript part is there and not much document on that one

What do you like best about the product?
It was a great experience with kore.ai platform. Designing, testing, training, deploying, analyzing, and managing virtual assistants is easy. API integration is too good. It has multi-engine NLP support, which is easy to use. We can easily manage interruptions and all.

I have npo dislikings for this platform.

I have had an excellent experience implementing our SCM virtual assistant with Kore.ai. The platform is very user-friendly. I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Kore team to improve SmartAssist new features very quickly.

Smartassist after migration Kore xo platform bot needs to improve bot performance.

SCM chatbot application enables Business personnel to get update/status on PO with increased efficiency, accuracy and consistency digitally. PO Data is collected in a Data lake application which will be accessed by the chatbot to display information.

Platform documentation material is easily available. Besides Making chatpot & hosting it on different platform is very quick.

I personally like kore.ai alot as chatbot builder platform, but sometimes i feel that kore team needs to work on documentation and needs to provide more videos on youtube so developers easily get solutions
