What do you like best about the product?
Automation using AI, NPL, KG, and in the Future, kore.ai is the best part of providing a solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
only Javascript part is there and not much document on that one

The best answer for customers and help in the healthcare and food industry

What do you like best about the product?
It was a great experience with kore.ai platform. Designing, testing, training, deploying, analyzing, and managing virtual assistants is easy. API integration is too good. It has multi-engine NLP support, which is easy to use. We can easily manage interruptions and all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have npo dislikings for this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It can easily create virtual assistants.

With easy to use UI and precise use cases, the tool offers efficient ways to develop a chatbot.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few scenarios that might require to be further simplified in order to provide optimal user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No code platforms are a must to resolve the issues with complex coding required to develop a chatbot.

What do you like best about the product?
I have had an excellent experience implementing our SCM virtual assistant with Kore.ai. The platform is very user-friendly. I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Kore team to improve SmartAssist new features very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Smartassist after migration Kore xo platform bot needs to improve bot performance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SCM chatbot application enables Business personnel to get update/status on PO with increased efficiency, accuracy and consistency digitally. PO Data is collected in a Data lake application which will be accessed by the chatbot to display information.

2) As a data scientist, I have working experience on many chatbot builder framework, I appreciate Kore.AI's platform for its powerful AI capabilities and ease of use. Its natural language processing and analytics features are especially impressive

3)My personal experience about Kore.ai I liked its NLP engine,UI,design workflow, Analytics and Insights and training and inference time also very less.so its good to use

I personally like kore.ai alot as chatbot builder platform, but sometimes i feel that kore team needs to work on documentation and needs to provide more videos on youtube so developers easily get solutions

1) In banking and invest domain we use kore .ai for customer engagement
2) using to slove issue in customer support quickly and more efficiently

What do you like best about the product?
Its interface is easy to use and navigate between different services. It also has clear-cut instructions on the integration, making it easy to do. It also has user friendly UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its documentation on some integrations lacks some information; if that gap is filled, it will become more awesome to use Kore.AI. My suggestion is to give the option to go to the docs in the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Kore.AI, having a built-in database, solves many problems, like procuring a new database or taking care of its authentication and security. One can use the database without worrying about the underlying structure.
