What do you like best about the product?
Kore.AI has some pretty advanced capabilities, their methodology to solve problems is great and they are continuously improving their product.
What do you dislike about the product?
it takes time to get a quote from the professional services.

we are using Kore.AI chatbots to provide a better candidate journey to our website visitors, it allows integration with multiple systems allowing a smooth UX.

What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of features and it is easily customisable as we can use our own NL engine or deploy in our own custom platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI/UX of kore ai is not good, with lots of bugs like the whole data table is not visible.

Easy to set up and run complex tasks like a whole NL-powered bot.

It's multiple features helps achieve the best user experience based on the requirements. Optimized NLP is added advantage. Kore platform is easily understandable Comapred to other competitors.

Feasibility to download Usage & Containment reports to be improved. It is in plan to accomadate this in future releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the major problems in ITSM and reducing the traffic to agents. Easy debugging steps in the bot helps solve the issues by myself. Becase of this the business performance has improved.

This offer various features in its xo platform, and its have a powerful ML engine which gets trained very quickly and gives optimal performance in behavior and gives great experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing is there; it offers intense intents identification and gives exact results. We have more than 10k ml utterances trained to the bot none of them failed any time

bot platform we have user more than 20k using the kore chatbots and most of them are happy using kore bots we have lot of use cases which are easily trained to the bot

Everything, it is very simple to use and easy to implement .

Nothing, overall a great product to look forward too, there is continuous improvement.

What do you like best about the product?
Platform is user friendly and easy to implement. Very good documentation available and other means to measure the performance of the bot on timely basis are available.

Nothing in particular, overall a good product.

Currently using it for ITSM which is integrated with Service now. This has reduced the traffic to live agent and serves as self service guide for most of the critical use cases.

It's wonderful machine learning model, and it has various features to help interact with users, one of the best in quality of services provided to the clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing everything I experienced is the best in class there aren't particular reasons for disliking this and every one who needs bots must try this and then compare then on

They work on NLP and semantic analysis, which better understands the user utterance and reacts to it according, we have trained more than 10k utterances to the bot, and the bot still works efficiently

Bots can be tweaked as per the demand of languages.
It has pre-built solutions like HR ASSIST, IT ASSIST and lot many more assistants to streamline the process.

Nothing, i guess the costing gets unaffordable for the Indian clients.

Its coming with AI driven voice solutions and bots are very interactive and it feels like talking to human bots.

Kore.ai platform easy to develop chatbots using the drag and drop tool. Using the tool quickly build, test and release the usecases into production and it's provide the metrics to improve the customer experience.

Kore.ai don't have UI based integrations with third party applications and still need to improve on extracting FAQ's from documents.

Kore.ai automate the repeated customer questions and it's help us to reduce the contact center costs.
