Great Help for SOC2 Audits
What do you like best about the product?
Great Partners to help with SOC2 Audit. They guide us & help us to prepare required processes. Guided us to prepare the documentation & collect proofs of same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such required to improve further

We want to imporve Security & processes for our different products. It helped to achieve the same.
Thorough platform for security audit & compliance.
What do you like best about the product?
Thorough and helfpul platform to pass necessary certifications. Very good examples, templates, and FAQ to properly prepare for the journey through the compliance "jungles". Their customer support are bery responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a big issue, but for the sake of improvement I need to mention that "document editor" sometimes "reverts" your last changes and makes you feel nervous. But when you refresh the page - everything is fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to pass SOC-2 and HIPAA audit. With Thoropass platform this journey was clear and much easier than it seemed in the beginning.
Complex solution with a high quality
What do you like best about the product?
I love that they definitely know what they are doing. Their web UI for audit preparation has answers for almost every question that we wanted to ask. And it surely helped us move as fast as possible through the whole list of tasks.
I also want to mention their PenTest partners. They did an amazing job testing our product.
I think Thoropass will be the best partner for any company without extensive knowledge of compliance requirements and audit procedures. Definitely recommend.

To be honest, their service is quite expensive

Prepare for (and conduct!) HIPAA/SOC-2 audits
Smooth and thorough pentest
What do you like best about the product?
They did a nice job in the preengagement to ensure all requirements clear and prerequsite work was done ahead of time to ensure a smooth pentest. The report was thorough and clear.

NA. We had no issues with this engagement.

Provision of standard policies and guidance to achieving initial compliance, platform is easy to use and navigate, stellar customer support

Some features can be clunky, such as not being able to edit notes

Annual SOC2 audit, ongoing compliance and annual penetration tesing
A Company That is Both Professional and Cares About Its Customers
What do you like best about the product?
Every single interaction we have had with a Thoropass representative has been friendly, engaging, and understandable. As a non-technical person, they helped guide me to make informed decisions about what priorities needed to be focused on, how they could support those priorities, and they were exceptionally priced to do business with. Highly recommend them!

There have been no downsides for our company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, they are supporting our company through SOC 2 certification, including Phase 1 and Phase 2 penetration testing. Thoropass has worked alongside us to make sure we understand the process, various ways it can be attained, and recurring meetings to help us stay on track with the timeline we set up.

Soc2 is a nightmare, so having a dedicated cs manager who's always eager to help move things forward is a must. And apart from the way to use platform, thoropass has the best CS

Automating compliance and gettin socii ready
Makes SOC 2 compliance as simple as it can get
What do you like best about the product?
Excellent integrations with other platform to automatically check off quite a few compliance tasks based on how you have setup existing tools. Provides a simple dashboard to review which items still need work.
The communication along the way was great as well. I was able to easily get answers to any questions I had and there were build in checkpoints to review what comes next.

What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, it seems like one of the integrations would have a glitch, but this was quickly resolved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass allowed us to quickly and easily get our SOC 2 Type 1 certification. This benefits us by proving to our customers that we take security seriously and have implemented best practices to ensure the security and compliance of our platfrom.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a user-friendly. It gives the user friendly and easy acces to all. It guides you to a better undertstanding on the process and such.
What do you dislike about the product?
At first it confusing and requires a lot but a long the way, it give you since of great knowledge and direction.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thoropass resolves the confusion in the system. Also it gives clarity especially to those inefficient and ineffective system. Unorgamized system due to lack of communication. Thoropass provides detailes that is visible to everyone that is involve and gives easirer visibility and solution. To me who handles different accounts and documents, this gives me sense of security that I can rely quickly and easily on documentation matters.
