What do you like best about the product?
The security of assurance of protected information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Group emails are sometimes difficult to navigate. If you have a distribution list for a group, sometimes it doesn't allow you to access the email individually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A safe way to secure information when sending to parties outside of the company.

What do you like best about the product?
Convenient! I use Virtru every day to keep our customer's information safe. Nice sending off an email with peace of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently have no dislikes about Virtru. Everything has been running pretty smoothly for me.

Providing convenience and keeping our customer's information protected.

Perfect for Securing your Email.

What do you like best about the product?
Without any additional App, you can secure your Email using Virtru Email Protection Extension, and I loved using the same. I would highly recommend Virtru Email Protection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have loved using Virtru Email Protection, but the thing I don't like is sometime Draft Email you can't reopen the same after closing the Draft Email and sometimes it bounces back also.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securing Email and Client information in the enclosed PDF is the Problem that has been solved by using Virtru Email Protection, Thanks to Virtru Email Protection

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use with gmail, how there are good instructions for installation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It glitches sometimes and when you think you sent something with protection, it may have been sent to your draft folder (or might need you to click send again).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep client personal data secure.

What do you like best about the product?
I love Virtru's ease of use. It is just a click away on my email and so it helps encrypt my communications that need to be secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about Virtru. I have not had any issues or problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtru allows me to send confidential information to my team without worrying about FERPA violations.

What do you like best about the product?
Virtru helps me send emails to colleagues regarding my students while protecting their information

There are no downsides to using Virtru. It is safe and helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Virtru, I am able to send confidential information regarding state testing via email throughout the district which saves me a lot of time. The convenience is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only complaint I could say is that I work a lot from my phone and it can be frustrating to always go through a sign-in process to access or reaccess emails sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to my district adopting Virtru, I could not communicate much information via email to my test coordinators at all of our schools due to the confidentiality required. It has made communication much easier and less time-consuming.

Virtru is a good tool to use, but it will have its cons

What do you like best about the product?
Virtru is a perfect tool to encrypt my emails to providers concerning my clients. Also, I like that I can see when the receiver opens my emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Virtru has its cons. I recently had an issue with Virtru when I did not have it in my emails when composing an email and also had an issue where I had an unknown error message which kept me from having to review my emails. Vitru can also be a pain when attachments are added and are not able to be seen by the receiver, and I would have to resent the attachment either with or without Virtru on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not reached out to the help desk for Virtru concerning issues. I have been speaking with my IT through the agency I work for.
