Sense of your data being protected
What do you like best about the product?
Protection at it best and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that virtu is so expensive. I think it is a great program, but I think it is too expensive for what it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently had a problem with a piece of software I was using and Virtru was able to help me solve it quickly and easily. Their customer service is excellent and they were able to answer all of my questions. This experience has definitely benefits me and I will be sure to use Virtru again in the future.

Great Resource for secure email delivery
What do you like best about the product?
That it's so easy to do, just a click of a button.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything negative to say

It is allowing us to send secure emails, and documents, without having to have a separate program installed, or paid for.

The ease of use is 2nd to none. The ability to add criteria to the environment is easy

The Linux environment is ok, but not a lot of people know Linux.

Encryption emails. In our organization, it is imperative to use encryption.

The admin dashboard is outdated and can be modernized.

Virtru allows us to send sensitive info over email.
For the most part very easy to use and most people we email can open everything just fine.

Really easy to attach links and secure everything with one click.

Some times when we send out messages they cannot open them for some reason.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps data secure, such as PI. This is very important to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It continuously requires verification. Once I am verified I should not have to keep verifying myself on the same system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps data that I share with my Business Partners secure.
Protecting Online Information
What do you like best about the product?
Virtru is great for encrypting data that is sensitive and only meant for specific eyes. It works great to make sure every piece of an email that you send is protected with complete confidence. I also really love how easy it is to turn of the encryption if an email is not sensitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to access an email encrypted with Virtru with a smartphone or if the receiving email does not also have a Virtru account, but for confidentiality, it is very helpful. It can be a little obnoxious if one forgets to turn off Virtu on numerous occasions where it is not needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtru solves our company's dependency on confidentiality. We are required to keep lots of aspects of what we do under a strict confidentiality clause that keeps us and our client's information safe. Virtru is very great for sending sensitive emails to those that need to receive sensitive information.

The Access that you can revoke your email
What do you dislike about the product?
the downside about it is , when the recipient does not have a virtru, it takes a lot of steps for them to open the email.

So far, no issue or problem at this time
