Virtru makes it's super easy to safely send important emails to our vendors.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the service. I can click one button and don't have to worry about confusing software outside of our email accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some vendors have trouble opening virtru protected emails on their end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solves the need to send confidential information to vendors. Helps us streamline without needing to mail the information.

Virtru encryption service
What do you like best about the product?
It is well integrated into Gmail and allows for automatic encryption/decryption of messages and attachments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Use on mobile devices requires multiple levels of authentication, making it more complicated to use when not at a desktop. Some pt's have difficulty with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending/receiving secured emails/messaging protecting HIPAA of patients.

It freezes sometimes. And deletes my email.

Extremely simple set up and usage. One click to activate

I can't think of anything that I dislike as of yet. Still a new user.

Health care information is incredibly sensitive and I do my utmost to keep PHI secure. Encryption adds another layer of security.
The set up was easy and took less than 1 min.
What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup and integration into existing email platform. The toggle switch makes it easy to know if the encryption is on and makes it easy to turn it on or off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet - easy toggle switch is great! The rollout for the organization seemed to be pretty easy with few issues. Communication and setup were easy and clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping email secure and safe. I send a lot of emails with PHI and PII and we have compliance requirements that mean we need to protect patient data - this allows me to send secure email.
