What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to send sensitive information without the fear of it being received by the wrong person. It allows good communication between the school and the families.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes certain parents cannot open the sent email and we don't know how to fix that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In this time of virtual meetings and the need to send sensitive information via email, it is a big help and saves us time, paper, and postage.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to encrypt emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any issues with the program
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to easily send confidential information to parents and families.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily it integrates with Google and how easy it is to toggle on and off. As a system admin at apple bank working with and trouble shooting Vitru always is a breeze. If my team and I cant figure something out I would reach out to Virtu support and they usually help me resolve any issues I may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I dislike is the latency and how long it take for the application to toggle on there is a huge lag when toggling it on emails with long thread. I also have an issue with the way emails look when its toggled on the way emails look tends to throw me off not sure if its related to google or vitru but it does seem like its harder to read. Last issue I have is I notice a delay when sending emails again if the thread is super long it takes about a minute to send an email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems like having encryption system for emails. and end to end data protection. Our company benefits from easy access controls and makes it easy for us to have audit logs to provide to our compliance teams. Also helps our company stay in compliance

Virtu is an easy to use simple to setup application I would definitely recommend this application to other companies.

Ease of use and deployment. Fast customer support response time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I havn't found anything that I don't like about virtru yet.

Virtru allows our organization to send sensitive, protected data over email with full visibility in the admin panel and great documentation!

Its a great platform that will help your org meet CMMC/NIST requirements, go for it!

Nothing at the moment, so far I like everything, how easy is to access the Virtru Dashboard, create DLP rules, etc

Being able to easily send secure information and feeling confident that patient information will stay secured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes emails are harder to open on my mobile phone. I feel like sometimes I have to login multiple times before I can use the app.

Being able to communicate more efficiently regarding patients. Communication among providers is happening more quickly. I can also send emails to patients directly and know that they will be secure which is great!
This is a very easy tool to ensure borrowers personal information is not compromised and secure
