Effortless Email Encryption with One-Click
What do you like best about the product?
I like the one-click toggle button feature of Virtru Email Encryption. It's extremely easy to set up the software, which I appreciate. I also value how well it integrates with Gmail. Overall, it works perfectly for sending lab orders and PHI to patients, ensuring privacy.

Great Privacy Features, But Lacks Email Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Virtru provides privacy when I need to email sensitive information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am disappointed that there is no option to schedule an email with private information for a specific time and future date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtru email is beneficial to me because it allows me to remain compliant when handling sensitive information.
Effortless Encryption with Simple Toggle Feature
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's usually as simple as toggling encryption on and off. It's extremely easy, so we use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit frustrating when it has an update, and then you have to uninstall it and reinstall it for it to work again. It would be nice if that wasn't necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly sending legal documents with sensitive information, so it's nice to not have to go to a completely different system to send a secure email. It's a lot having to go back and forth dozens of times a day. And when people want to send us sensitive information and don't think about security, we are able to help them out by sending them an encrypted email and have them send a secure email back.

Knowing my e-mails are securely encrypted and can only be read by the intended party
What do you dislike about the product?
When switching between virtru and "non-virtru", sometimes attachments have to be re-attached.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping our office HIPAA compliant

I really like that you can put an introduction. This allows for notifying the receiver that the email is encrypted and why it is encrypted.

Sometimes, receivers have complications accessing emails.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Virtru Email Encryption to send medical information to patients, and it solves the confidentiality problem for me. What I like most about it is that it is easy to use. The initial setup was very easy, and I would definitely recommend it to a friend or colleague with a score of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when you click it on, you can't change the email you're sending from. It would be better if you could change the sender's email without any issues.

What do you like best about the product?
I find it very effective for sharing secure documents while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines. It makes the process straightforward and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Virtru occasionally removes the download from my Gmail account without warning, forcing me to log in to my Virtru account and attempt to download it again. This process is quite frustrating.

It allows me to send secure information that is HIPAA compliant to other offices.

I find Virtru Email Encryption to be a great tool. I like its protection capabilities, especially when it comes to making sure our email account is safe from hackers and avoiding scammers. What do you like best about the product?
I like that Virtru Email Encryption is built into Google and Gmail, making it easy to use. The initial setup was also easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are troubles with second parties, third parties opening the mail sometimes and, occasionally, we get signed out for unknown reasons and can struggle to sign back in at times.

Virtru Email Encryption keeps our emails confidential and HIPAA compliant.

I appreciate that Virtru Email Encryption is easy and convenient to use. I really like that it comes on automatically with my email, which makes sending encrypted documents electronically a breeze.

Some families have issues opening it because it makes them put in a password.
