Mostly User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Mostly user friendly. Have not had any complaints from those I have sent messages to.
What do you dislike about the product?
During a continued reponse thread, difficult to navigate. Also sometimes Virtu will require a Google email refresh before you can send the secure email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for secure enmail when sending sensitive attachments, espeically outside of the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Virtue is really helpful for when I have to send private information to my clients. It allows the data to be sent securely, and means that we don't have any confidentiality issues. It's easy to use, and is all you have to do is add it to your extentions and can press a button to use virtue, simple. I use it daily in my workplace and any issues, customer support have been amazing to help. It's easy to impliment in the workplace and has a number of features. It's easy to intergrate it into our workplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there's any downsides, other than sometimes clients can struggle to open up virtue messages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the issue of breach of data protection if there are any issues with that. It benefits our organisation because our data needs to be protected at all times.
Virtu has been a great experience for our company
What do you like best about the product?
Virtu has been helpful with securing our information as well as the information of our clients. There have been so many articles about hackers and leaks from big companies where personal info is compromised but with Virtu, we feel confident to email sensitive materials. It has been quick to start, easy to use, and working how it is needed so far. Have not needed to contact customer support, which has been great. Personally, I impliment Virtu in 95% of emails sent or received. Simple to use, easy to resolve.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, we have not run into issues with Virtu, as far as I know. The only thing that has come up is when sending emails to outside recipients, there have been a couple of instances where they were unable to read the encripted information. Resending isn't a big hassle but can be an inconvinience at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HIPAA compliance is the main reason we are using Virtru. Emails must be encripted to secure private information, not only for the users, but also for our clients and partners.

My emails are secure so my communications feel protected.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I send the same message to multiple people separately, it combines all emails into one thread. It doesn't work as well on mobile.

What do you like best about the product?
I work with the public and being able to share important client nformation via email is apart of my daily job. Knowing that it is secure is of the upmost importance.
What do you dislike about the product?
When Virtu goes down, it makes my job very difficult and we try to avoid sending unsecured messages during the entire duration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Virtu is helping us send secure messages which include very sensitive information regarding our clients in a desperate time of need.

I like the convenience of easily sending secure emails.

It can be hard to read the prior emails when they are a lot of emails sent back and forth.

Sending secure messages that contain PHI. It allows up to remain HIPPA compliant and protect our patient's information.

Virtue is relatively easy and safe to use

I appreciate that Virtue sends reminders to the employee to encrypt the email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The member receiving Virtue email sometimes experiences challenges when accessing the encrypted email. I also wish the email was more user friendly when "replying all" to senders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email Encryption- Protects patient information via email.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful about Virtru is the security that you can get for every email.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Virtru for me is the barrier when it comes to the outlook users. Because they can access the email right away compare to all gmail users.

Virtru help me to protect all the information for every email I wrote.
