What do you dislike about the product?
So far this has been pretty good.
    No complain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Convenient, Fast Knowledge Hub with Powerful Integrations

    Reviewed on Aug 06, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
We use Glean to centralize our knowledge base, and it’s very convenient to have everything in one place. It lets us quickly search for topics, create agents that can answer specific questions, and also gives us a centralized hub to use different models.

The UI is straightforward and chat-based, and the integrations with tools like Slack, Jira, and Confluence make it especially powerful. Since it looks like other chat AI tools, it feels familiar and is easy to start using right away, so onboarding people is pretty easy, since they feel at home using a tool that is similar to customer ones.

The models available are solid, the answers are fast, and most of the time the results are relevant. It also allows us to cut subscription costs and use Glean as the central place for AI usage in the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the thing that I don't like is when the responses are not relevant to my search, but I believe that reflects more on the quality or our data then tha tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I’m an engineer, and for me it’s especially helpful for finding documentation and cross-referencing across support, product, market, and code. It gives me a centralized place to go when I need to search a wide net of resources, and it returns a more complete view that helps me get my work done.

Powerful for Siloed Data, but Too Expensive as LLMs Improve

    Reviewed on Aug 05, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
For larger organizations that have data, documents, and collateral scattered across different databases and repositories and deal with siloes / complicated permissioning, Glean can help simplify AI integrations / collateral administration. It also pitches itself as an AI cost management tool that helps match tasks to the most efficient LLMs.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's expensive, and the LLMs are getting better and inferring context. With a little front-end work on data and content management, we no longer saw the value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are terminating our relationship with Glean - it is no longer accomplishing anything for us that we're not able to do directly with LLMs.

Ease of use, available integrations with many vendors and their on going support is amazing. AI agents being added as soon as being released is also a big pls

Easy-to-Use AI Platform with Great Model Choice and Integrations

    Reviewed on Jul 15, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
    1. Wide variety of LLMs/Models to choose from: It has helped us understand how each model responds, which model is suited for which specific task, and how to best make use of the available models

    2. The ease of use via desktop app, browser extension, and mobile app has really helped use Integrate Glean into our day-to-day workflow

    3. It has become very easy to build agents and like all AI it has reduced barrier to entry in-order to get to working agents which greatly improved our practices.

    4. The integrations with native Microsoft app and other applications through MCP has really helped us add on our context and allow systems to talk to each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s really nothing I dislike about Glean as a platform; it has consistently been helpful. That said, there are a few nuances with the AI: the responses aren’t always 100% accurate, so they shouldn’t be taken at face value.

A few features I’d like to see include added functionality and visibility for super-admins, autonomous web-browsing capabilities, support for more applications, and direct, explicit management of shared or group mailboxes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our data lives across a sprawl of specialized systems. Before Glean, getting a complete picture meant logging into each system separately, and answering even routine questions ("what's the current draw status on this loan," "what are competitor storage rates near this property") required someone to manually pull data from the right tool.

We struggled with information being siloed across a dozen disconnected platforms, but now we can query all of them through a single AI interface — and critically, Glean's support for custom MCP connectors let us wire in the niche industry systems that don't come with off-the-shelf integrations.

We built and connected several of our core systems ourselves, so our team can now ask natural-language questions and get answers that pull live from the actual source systems, rather than hunting through each one.

Glean Integrations That Boost Onboarding Support

    Reviewed on May 29, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface of Glean is very easy to use, and the integrations that can be made to it, like connecting all the enterprise apps like Slack, Google Sheets, etc., are really easy. Also, if a complete prompt is added, the performance of the agent is really good. It has helped us with support for onboarding of new employees and supporting the team on tooling access as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things which I dislike about Glean is sometimes the agent does not perform well, even if the prompt is complete and has all the instructions added to it. It doesn't give me the correct result. For example, when I want to fetch hyperlinks from a spreadsheet, a lot of times incorrect hyperlinks are given by the agent, and a lot of times it has been observed that even though the instructions are given completely to the agent, the text is not hyperlinked. It is just given as a complete link itself, which looks very messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the main business problems Glean is helping us solve is to allow new people who join the company get complete access to tooling support.

Truly Helpful AI Search That Finds Everything

    Reviewed on May 24, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Glean was one of the first AI tools that actually did something useful for me, and it's still one of the few truly helpful ones. It was basically super powered search that covered _everything_, including email, Google docs, Slack, notion/wikis, and the broader internet.
What do you dislike about the product?
It must have been expensive because the company stopped paying for it. Everyone I work with misses it regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Back when we had it, it allowed us to combine all our knowledge sources at once easily to answer specific questions. Most of these tools have exceptionally bad search, but Glean somehow almost always worked and returned something relevant.
