Game Changer and Productivity Booster

  • April 17, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like the aspect of building Glean agents as it has been a real game changer for me. I've built a lot of agents to gather insights, analyze trends, and find patterns, leveraging tools around Glean MCP servers as well. Since Glean has rich context to the enterprise platform, it is able to understand and provide great results. That's something that I really love about Glean, using MCP servers and Glean agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that comes to mind is the clean actions, especially those tied with Jira. Whenever Glean performs a JQL search, I've noticed it hallucinating a lot. We could really fine tune that to get the desired results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Glean to reduce onboarding time significantly, cutting it by around 40%. New employees no longer need constant help from mentors, as Glean answers their questions and helps them understand the product quickly.

Glean Unifies Business Knowledge Across Tools for Faster Support & Troubleshooting

  • April 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I find most helpful when using Glean, is the ability to aggregate business knowledge scattered across platforms including Jira, Zendesk and Slack; to form a strong picture of an issue, a common theme or support troubleshooting for my clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that multiple sources of information could be conflicting or even superseded; however I have created an Agent with guardrails to utilise only validated information from one source to support the team with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My Glean Agent has provided me with the perfect place to collate all of the business information that supports consultants to configure and troubleshoot their client's platform. This information was previously found in Help Centre Articles, Confluence pages and Slack messages, taking time to search for and collate into responses.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that Glean was so integrated into all of the systems they had, allowing it to reference various pieces and give me context. It was in their CRMs, attached to Slack, and in their Drive, which was super helpful. Plus, it was pretty easy to use and figure out, especially when building agents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Glean to avoid waiting for answers from different teams. It integrates with systems like Slack and Drive, allowing me to directly access context and information. It cuts down on manual work, making it a strategic partner for pulling insights and opportunities.

Effortless Setup, Broad Integrations

  • April 14, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Glean is connected to company data. I like the model picker and how I can switch between Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI models.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that there is some room for growth in it taking action on behalf of the user. I know that's on the roadmap, though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Glean for finding things within enterprise apps like Office 365, Teams, and more. It integrates with Salesforce and Snowflake, and I handle service desk tickets with it. I like that it's connected to company data and lets me switch between AI models. I've started to use it recently to create mini web pages as dashboards to present information effectively.

Remarkably Effective for Unified Information Access

  • April 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Glean because it's fast, easy, and generally accurate. It's impressive that it integrates data from different systems that previously didn't talk to each other, like Salesforce, Slack and Google Workspace, and combines it with public information on the internet. It really does seem to understand our business, and I haven't seen it hallucinate. During the initial setup, even though I wasn't directly involved, it seemed pretty good except for a small issue with the Slack connector, but overall, it's been great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it a little bit challenging to stand up an agent. I'd also love to understand how to take it to the next level to have the agents act autonomously and independently, like updating fields on our Salesforce. I'd also love to see it connects with LinkedIn Sales Navigator. It might do these things, I'm just not aware of it yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glean integrates separate data systems like Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Atlassian, breaking down data silos. This allows me to use contextual information effectively, especially when preparing for sales calls and assessing company fit.

I like that it can connect to many different kinds of data sources and reference them to answer my questions. It makes its response quality increase and helps keep everything centralized.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can take some time sometimes for it to response. Sometimes response times are slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing us to use one tool to find information across multiple different softwares we use. It's like a one stop for finding all internal information, it's saves a lot of time on finding this information.

Glean’s Centralized Search Boosts Documentation Quality and Discoverability

  • March 30, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Glean has the centralized search access across SharePoint, Teams, Outlook emails, our document 360 knowledge base, Figma, Aha dashboard, and ADO.
It really works as layer on top of the documentation tools, but not replacement. As a technical writer, after using glean i feel like it provides better documentation content quality because content is actively searched and reused. If we are searching for any clarification or additional content request it provides the right answer rather than forcing user to browse the knowledge base.
Its agent capabilities opens the more possibilities for doc driven assistants. ALso it having strong discoverability for published documentation so it reduce the repeated question from the users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish to have an easy way to flag the deprecated or outdated content directly from the searched result. Also i found one issue if i am connecting the vpn, sometimes it slow me down when i just want an quick answer. I found that still some of the documentetion tools integration are still evolving so the overall experience is not fully seamless yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From technical writers perspective glean is really solving a problem we used to face when we relied on copilot, i often got generic answers or response limitied to specific sources. Now with glean i a getting content accross al lthe documentation sources like aha, figma, emails, share point, jira tickets, and also from our document 360 knowledge base.I spend less time for searching and asking for more improvement, clarity or consistency.

Inefficient and Annoying Double Authentication

  • March 24, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Glean for Slack and Confluence integration to get rich search results. It works okay and can query the most recent Slack messages and can trace or connect them with Confluence documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it annoying that Glean requires an extra login. Even when I'm already authenticated in another app, Glean makes me authenticate separately. I'm also not happy with the overall search experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Glean for Slack and Confluence integration, providing rich, contextual search results across multiple sources.
