Glean helps teams be more productive and saves time
What do you like best about the product?
The search feature of Glean is amazing. Being able to type in a term and then filter based on file type, owner, or channel saved me so much time! I went from hunting for that one random file a colleague shared in a slack channel 10 months ago to finding it in seconds using Glean
What do you dislike about the product?
I never really figured out how the "homescreen" worked - why would I use that instead of my calendar and email. I am sure it has value, but that didn't provide a ton of value for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Glean makes it easy for people to find the resources they need to do their jobs. It's especially helpful for organizations, particularly late-early stage or hyper-growth, that have lots of systems and filing mechanisms that grew up organically and have become the "giant rubberband ball" of a mess.
A massive productivity hack!
What do you like best about the product?
Glean is integrated with other apps, making it easy to navigate internal company resources quickly (Slack, GDrive ...etc). It is also simple to use, responsive, and quick to return results. In addition, the search functionality returns accurate results (just what I needed, when I needed it).
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing stopping me from integrating with my browser (Chrome) is that the New Tab option could use some work with bookmarks (especially if I have multiple bookmarks or no name).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new hire, it makes onboarding 10000000% easier when you have a centralized place to look for content.
BUY GLEAN
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very intuitive product, which definitely helps you find information across multiple internal products
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing has really jumped out negatively. We already know where some key feature enhancements are on the roadmap
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
make searching for documents, message, information across multiple products much more efficient
I'm hooked on Glean
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of products out there that claim to reduce the total amount of time workers spend looking for resources, but Glean is the only one I've come across that walks the walk. Over the last several months, Glean has become an integral part of my daily routine. In a growing company, there is no shortage of product knowledge and resources, but knowing where to look (or even what to look for) can feel impossible. Glean solves this issue. Since it is indexed against our internal company knowledge base, support page, ticketing system, CRM, and document repository, the time I spend searching for information has been cut in half. As a result, I can prep for meetings faster, quickly leverage the institutional knowledge of others at the company (including those who have left), and spend more time working on strategy.
Also, huge shoutout to the success, support, and technical integration teams. Not only do they respond to inquiries in SECONDS, but they are also proactive in helping our team to get the most out of the tool. Having that level of partnership makes a real difference.

What do you dislike about the product?
Glean is the first place I go to find anything, and while I encourage my colleagues to take advantage of it as well, consistent adoption on our team could be stronger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If it weren't for Glean, I would be pulling my hair out trying to find the resources I need at any given point throughout the day. Not only am I more efficient in prepping for meetings and completing projects, my level of product and company knowledge are far beyond what they would otherwise be at this point in my tenure.
Very pleasant
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that all of the content that I would want to know are there. I also like the homescreen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a better way to do it other than a chrom extension.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to go into multiple websites and search in each of their search bars
Convenient homepage for access to relevant documents
What do you like best about the product?
Glean provides a customized new tab page on Chrome, which makes it easy to find the documents I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if it could search through Slack and engineering sources like Github.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Convenient access to the documents and tickets that I'm currently working on.
access to your team’s collective brain
What do you like best about the product?
Enterprise search is *so* hard to get right. Before Glean, my team - and especially new hires - searched across dozens of systems of record to find (often conflicting) answers. Glean pulls in the most comprehensive set of data sources with the widest appropriate access controls and nails search results/ordering. Filtering by source - especially on the Slack app - is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints or data connector requests - Glean covers everything I use, from Slack to Salesforce to Notion to Google Workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves me and my team time, massively speeds up new hire onboarding, and increases the ability of any employee - new or tenured - to self help/find answers. Also increases confidence in search results relative to searching in a single system.
Glean has been instrumental for onboarding as we scale
What do you like best about the product?
As we scale our growing Sales org, Glean helps new hires (and existing employees) search across all our core systems to find what they need. Before Glean, we would have to search in numerous places and it was always hard to remember where something was. With Glean, the information is surfaced so much faster, and we know it's more up-to-date and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Slack integrations are not as easy as they should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're in hyper-growth mode right now, so we have many different projects, documents, reports, collaboration items, etc, always flying around. Before Glean, I would keep a google doc of all my most visited items so that I wouldn't lose them. We also have tool sprawl across different orgs (gdocs, paper, coda, confluence), so Glean helps me find documents that I am looking for when another org has built it.
The Goldilocks of Knowledge Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Glean is, by far, the most accessible tool I've ever implemented at a company. It is so intuitive. Employees at all levels can log in for the first time and begin using Glean within minutes. Outside of the ease of use, their search is one of the best I've ever encountered. Our employees can find content regardless of its location so quickly. It blows all other tools out of the water.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe with Glean thus far is that we want more APIs faster! I would love to have all the tools in our tech stack connected through Glean. Not possible yet, but hopefully soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a knowledge perspective, the biggest problem in our organization is getting the correct information to the right employee when needed. In our current environment, knowledge is spread across multiple tools, and it's not always easy to find. Within a week of implementing Glean, employees reported saving over an hour a week searching for content.
A real time saver!
What do you like best about the product?
Glean has changed the way I work. Prior to Glean, searching for content across our organization was a time consuming, needle-in-the-haystack exercise. Using Glean I'm able to quicky access resources within a fraction of the time it used to take.
I also like the clean UI and ease of use.

What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, there's no functionality for structuring content within Collections, which limits the ability to build a robust knowledge base for our teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing a central point of access for searching across all our content repositories. A real time saver!
