All-round product
What do you like best about the product?
You can use this product to image servers , desktops , backup google and microsoft cloud.
What do you dislike about the product?
A bit confusing with different user accounts.

Improving control panel.

Robustness, features, Storage options, configuration options, excellent restore options for 365

Web interface is a little difficult to navigate. Sharepoint costs can be high for small business compared to other backup solutions for 365

What do you like best about the product?
We've used MSP360 backup for about 8 years, starting back when it was Cloudberry. It's got better and better over the years to become a really comprehensive backup solution for all our business customers but especially for the ones with specialist needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tbh not very much, the support has got better over time, the errors are pretty good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use MSP 360 managed backup generally, but we particularly use it for medical customers who need secure backups for very large amounts of data. MSP360 lets us tier storage and take advantage of lower cost cold storage in these situations.
Useful and effective cloud back-up solution
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy of use and transparent licensing / pricing model
What do you dislike about the product?
You need to separately purchase the back-up license and online storage for back-ups.

We were looking for a way to back up Google Workspace and related data.

The functionality and scalability of it are the most important for my requirements. Easy to use.

Until now, I didn't find anything that I dislike yet.

First, we can centrally manage the backup and recovery of my work company. The ability to schedule automatic backups gives us freedom without forgetting or making mistakes.

Management console is good and simple, user configuration are simple and easy to manage.

Feature-Rich and Easy to Use: the MSP360 Managed Backup
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to set up at my clients' offices and easy to manage remotely: I can change backup selections, add email notification recipients and verify the backups are working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've been using backup software for 20 years and I honestly can't fault MSP360 Managed Backup on anything. Love the remote tools!

The MSP360 Managed Backup solves the problem of great remote management. I'm able to do everything remotely which saves me a ton of time.

The management console is easy to use and very powerful. It is great it can remotely apply settings.

It is not easy to get tech support on the phone when needed.

Provides a backup solution for clients at a very low cost. It creates high profit margins.

I like best about the integration with blackblaze MSP.

I dislike about don't have support backup using a storage library robot tape unit.

MSP360 for me is a second backup option in my company, using this system, we don't need transfer our tapes out of office by security.
Solid Product At A Reasonable Price
What do you like best about the product?
We tried this after years of StorageCraft and decided to flip. Excellent MGMT and reporting. Flawless backup and recovery. Forever forward Incremental works great with managing our s3 storage.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much i can dislike. We do get some errors from time to ttime when reviewing backups. Tech support is usually pretty good at resolving after a quick email
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We know wwe have good backups in case of disaster recovery and we can even quickly create a VM from the backup fil.
