Good for business without extra requirements to WAF
What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use.
- Pretty wide range of configurations that could be applied for specific endpoints.
- Life chat with Wallarm support.
- Custom blocking page that you could create and use.
- Attack re-check feature that helps to identify vulnerabilities.
- IP blacklisting could be applied manually or could be triggered if the specific condition met (but the range of conditions is pretty low).

What do you dislike about the product?
- Documentation is not complete/clear when you need to do something extra.
- It is unclear how does it work (i.e. how you should use rules to achieve good enough performance and the goal you'd like to achieve).
- Even a low number of rules may dramatically slow down the rules build and any rule change may take up to several hours to be delivered.
- Pricing model is based on the number of requests. So, it will cost a lot for services like chats or with a lot of collaboration but will be a good fit for services like shops.
- Lack of functionality (i.e. notifications about attack events, only about discovered vulnerabilities or "incidents", force 2FA, ...).
- Issues. We've met several issues for the year of using (i.e. audit logs didn't work and there was no clear ETA of the fix).
- Wallarm support has access without any limitation to the admin panel, may change rules by themself and it is not presented in the audit logs.

Flexible WAF with additional features
What do you like best about the product?
The WAF flexibility allows it to protect a lot of different technologies using well-fitted sets of rules.
The support and responsiveness are also awesome.
The support and responsiveness are also awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact that we need to work with false-positives and "educate" the WAF (but that is probably inevitable).
Also, there are some problems with creating custom rules.
