What do you like best about the product?
We thought of Alert Logic because its price is scalable. Initially, we would use it in a small part of the organization, but we fully embraced the software.
Alert Logic is simple but efficient. Its anomaly detection features work as you expect from a top computer security software.
The team of specialists knows how to provide answers to problems that arise at any time. Of course, calling them is not always necessary, but their resolution capability is incredible.
The alert mechanisms are also excellent. the software sends a notification as soon as it detects any unforeseen changes, which is perfect for taking timely action.

What do you dislike about the product?
On occasion, Alert Logic sends alerts that don't end up announcing any problems. It is inconvenient because it puts the technical team on the lookout for a threat that doesn't exist. However, I'd rather it is a system that gives these kinds of failures than one that has trouble notifying about a real threat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Alert Logic to monitor all of our systems at all times. Keeping the software active allows us to concentrate on other tasks without constantly worrying about the security of our data and customers.
The notifications are perfect for a timely review and prevent any significant problems. All technicians have access to it, so they know when to act.
On a few occasions, we have needed external help from Alert Logic's team of professionals, but they have always been very good a taking care of us.

What do you like best about the product?
The deployment and implementation time was quite short. I like that a security program is easy to use because it prevents computers from being unprotected longer than necessary.
Alert Logic is always active to detect anomalies in our applications, which implies a constantan monitoring system. Real-time notifications are perfect for taking immediate action.
Overall, it is a reasonably easy-to-use program because it works by itself. The basic settings are also helpful, so you don't have to configure everything from the start.

The documentation is a bit sparse, but this is an easy-to-use software. However, I would like it to be more extensive, not wasting time learning everything necessary.

All our systems are connected to Alert Logic to monitor them constantly. It serves to detect irregularities in time and protect us from cyber-attacks.
I use Alert Logic to do vulnerability testing on our systems and those of our customers. it is helpful to determine more precisely which problems need to be addressed. I can certainly focus the review on other areas if there is no security flaw.

Its exceptional capacify for detecting and blocking hacks whole still protecting very sensitive and valuable material.

For once this is a platform I found just about nothing to dislike apart from cost.

Identifying, mitigating and responding to threats, which has been very useful in protecting very sensitive material.

Lack of Multi-factor Authentication option is a drawback for me.

This Platform has outstanding anomaly detection and easy to understand notifications. Has great complimentary technical support too!

False positives at times, a not so user-friendly interface are the ones I dislike most.
