Incredible Security Software with continuous support
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Alert Logic MDR is that it's one of those products which provide real-time security by appointing a dedicated team of security experts who work 24/7 so that we can work tension free with our deployment and other web maintenance tasks. We can use it either way as a service or a customer and the solutions provided are really efficient and quick. It has prevented our website from big threats many a times and we are really grateful for the support. The dashboard feature is well maintained and all the alerts are linked with our servers there. Everything is quite clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few instances of access blocks within the organizations, and so the flag mechanism needs to be improved a bit as it won't allow most of the legit automatic processes this way. However, it seems their team is working on this nowadays, and it should be resolved soon. Everything else is worth the money spent
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this product to keep a regular eye on the potential cyberattacks and alert us in advance regarding the same. We value our databases a lot since that's the actual source of big data analysis and making new strategies, which has helped us in multiple instances. So the benefits are quite clear and worth the money spent, though the money spent isn't a small deal XD

I would recommend every organization and even freelancers to try out this product to prevent data leakage.

What do you like best about the product?
This Alert Logic does a great job by alerting the user with the cybersecurity threats and issues with an integral approach of strengthening the company's security levels. It identifies the target passwords of hackers and enables us to manage the credentials well in advance. The product is easy to understand and set up, thanks to the helpful customer support that comes along with the software. The SaaS-enabled service helps in alerting us during actual time deployment of our product and even helps us to merge the required security files later on. Everything seems sorted from the product's end. The product isn't too costly and so everything is worth the penny spent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The User interface is somewhat naive but is constantly evolving over time. Other than that, I haven't faced any serious bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product is set up in a robust manner, as it takes into account all the company's databases and helps us manage things accordingly. The benefit of analytics with security is of great use for any company, and so it is beneficial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My recommendations to the companies/startups deciding to shift to some security apps would be to better go for this product since it helps in good visualization of the company's data, prevents attacks, and helps ensure that originality of work is maintained.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part is the essential work we expect it to do - Cybersecurity. The product is specifically designed to increase the throughput of its service by minimizing the latency between any data breaching practice and making an alert to the security team. The product is easily customizable to incorporate the interests of its users and help us in predicting and identifying the potential threats to our clients' credentials. The customer support is really commendable and responds to all the queries within a day, and also helps to suggest critical patches we can merge with the existing system to avoid any data vulnerabilities—so overall a worth-it tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few new bugs we identify every time - The search query algorithm needs to be worked upon by the team; a new UX-based theme every two months would be great. The product needs to come with integrated MLOps libraries for better use by the users since it becomes tedious to search and implement standard ML algorithms every time to increase false-positive rates. Other than these, everything seems to fall in place for us.

The product helps us identify the potential areas of threat, and there's rarely any instance of data leakage these days due to enhanced security levels.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about this product is the level of security it provides to your data. As the name suggests, this software is beautifully designed to alert any logical potential threat to your websites. It keeps a good check on the IP addresses trying to reach our servers, warns us well in advance about the compromised credentials, and helps us correct/change them beforehand. It helps us track the vulnerabilities associated with the data sharing and highlights everything on the dashboard, as well as sending alerts to the required desks. A very well-managed tool overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product requires a bit of hard work to be put from our side too. Like we expect the latest products to be pre-integrated with Machine Learning and other necessary compliance algorithms, but it seems like the inbuilt algorithms don't perform that well as compared to custom algorithms, which we are learning and exploiting at the same time. So we are constantly improving upon the product to increase the false-positive rates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are constantly ideating on the applications for integration with other online products we are thinking of launching soon. It currently works amazingly in alerting us about the traffic and the compromised details. We are now in constant touch with the customer support team, and they are helping us understand some other related domains where we can exploit the beauty of this product.

I will recommend this product to startups that provide unique products for ensuring cybersecurity among other firms since there's a lot to learn behind the technicalities of this software. Also, this product works well for organizations like ours, where the primary motive is to ensure the data security of one's firm.
Great product for external SOC
What do you like best about the product?
Utilizing Alert Logic SOC allows me to sleep at night knowing someone is looking at our logs for threats

It was a little cumbersome to install and it is time-consuming to get it organized. Somtimes the console is unresponsive

We are using AL for 24/7 monitoring and remediations. I have also been able to use daily log reports to recognize irregular behaviors and find undiscovered threats

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Alert Logic MDR is the level of security provided by this software. We had been lately struggling for a compliance system that can protect our data from thefts, and this software does the job for us. The solutions provided by the software are pretty integrable with the existing services, and the software has successfully managed to block the company's database from web attacks. The dashboard is unique since it shows any possible future anomalies if any, and alerts our IT staff about the trusted websites and potential risks in monetary terms. Thus a complete 24/7 security system in itself, and I am also delighted with the contact support.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system seems quite impressive as of now, and we haven't seen any major bugs so far. One feature that would be really helpful if introduced can be the latency improvement between us using a particular platform and the software informing us about the potential threat.

We have been using this product for the compliance system of the company. The benefits are straightforward since there has been no significant web attack since we started using this product. So the product is quite valuable to our company.

What do you like best about the product?
You can use an all-in-one solution; you can use it as a siem and even as a soc as a service. They have a very flexible solution that can be configured in your network with the help of appliances that they send you and which are included in the service, I have more than two years using alert logic services, i'm pleased with the support i have received in the years i have using the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they can solve some issues with detecting the health of the agents they have running inside the network because it sometimes sees some agents as unhealthy, without any reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can get centralized information about what is happening in my network, and I also have a specialized team that calls me as soon as they detect a threat in my environment. I'm thanks to alertlogic service, I'm able to be proactive to the threats that come to my network.
