Great product and security solution along with a great user experience.
What do you like best about the product?
Alert Logic MDR is a very good product and easy to understand, thanks to its interface and detailed description of each function. Creating an alert has never been easier. It has also prioritized customization, and I can also collect different data in open source. With this software, we feel very safe since we can identify any type of threat and develop cybersecurity before they act. The implementation was simple and, above all, because it can be easily integrated with other cloud platforms and launched instantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now everything is going very well. But they should improve some details for example improve the false postive rate since it make you believe that there is threat when there is not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We all want to feel safe in the workplace, and thanks to this tool, we have been able to achieve it. We feel safe since we can effectively prevent cyber threats on our computers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it, and you will notice big changes, and you will feel totally safe in your company.

A decent and must have security solution for any organization
What do you like best about the product?
Alert logic is a robust and powerful security solution that works really well in ensuring tight security for your organization against any attacks and does a great job in locking malicious sites.
Their support team does a pretty good job in providing any kind of technical support. The implementation was smooth ensuring that our team can quickly get used to the platform.

What do you dislike about the product?
The UI isn't very intuitive and needs a lot of improvement.
Though bugs are fixed pretty quickly by the team but there are lot of limitations in terms of the functionalities in this solution.

What do you like best about the product?
1. The security monitoring for the network, especially for the cloud-based servers. It is the best tool to detect suspicious activity.
2. The Support will be suggesting required patches for the vulnerabilities.
3. After scanning the devices, it will showcase the vulnerabilities and highlights to the management.
4. The reports about the external scans and suspicious IP traffic(inbound traffic) will be presented to get a clear picture.
5. The incident response process management plays an essential role in quickly identifying and highlight it to the concerned team.

The signature-based and behavioral-based detection can be improved. Like adding Machine Learning-based detection methodology can improve the false positive rate.

Few things developers make mistakes while writing secure code. In that case, based on the scan results the vulnerability that exists in the application and software can be identified.

I strongly recommend Alert Logic to organizations to protect their network from cyberattacks.

What do you like best about the product?
The Alert Logic is excellent for blocking web attacks like SQL injection, XSS and many others.
Not only this but what I liked the most is the support team is very knowledgeable and responsive and are ready to help at any time.
The dashboard is clean and allows users to quickly see what requires their attention and details are easily accessed by clicking down into records. There are multiple configurations in which to specify how to handle policy violations, set up proxy routing and load balancing.

Not so much dislike what some improvements that are needed are fine tunning of configurations because they are taking more than a month and adding more security issues.

There is nothing I dislike. Alert logic provides coverage across vulnerable attacks and is very easy to use. I recommend it!

Provides great service at a lower total cost. Helps event management and has a lot of festures to use. Is a team of security experts that collect network traffic.

What do you like best about the product?
Alert Logic provides numerous customization options to the detail at which level you want your services to monitor and at which interval frequency. It also allows to specify the user or group to be notified in case of an escalation

The query filtering doesn't always work as intended, and the results appear to be inconsistent at times
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Alert Logic, we have been able to set up monitoring and alert solution for our application in a robust manner and ensure our service arent affected by outages for our customer for a long time
Great product and even better support
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, gives you great visibility of the whole estate, whether on or off prem. The SOC have been great when we've needed more information or have had to search for IOCs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of any. These are just some extra words to fill the requirement.
