Great cloud security platform!!
What do you like best about the product?
It has sense of security and it has caught many threats and we are very pleased with the product.
When alerts are received it gives all the information that is required to make quick decisions on any impact..
It has also helped us to meet our audit requirements for log correlation and SIEM.

Alert Logic has been great for monitoring vulnerabilities within our network nothing that I dislike towards it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has given full cloud security protection that we need.

What do you like best about the product?
Logs are summarized and give you a complete insight of what happened.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dates of the vulnerabilities are not shown, so it is impossible to know when they were discovered.

Checks logs on servers and scans for vulnerabilities so we always know what's going on inside

Alert Logic indicates the exposures that we have that must be corrected.

The personal in depth investigation performed by real people on all incidents.The alerts received give all the information required up front leading to quick decision on any impact.

I wish the layout of the website was more user friendly.

It has made it easier to view and manage problems as they arise.

Granularity in the vulnerabilities and how to solve them. Also, add-ons for different services and compliance based on security policies in different countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be advantageous if the agents, in addition to collecting logs, could mitigate the most common vulnerabilities. In addition, improve the reports that can be created.

Helps me detect unusual security issues on instances running my services. So if there are logins, changes, attacks, etc., I am notified and can take an action plan based on the data.
