What do you like best about the product?
24/7 threat protection: Alert Logic provides 24/7 monitoring and security of your IT infrastructure and applications.
Proactive security: its solutions are design to proactively identify and mitigate threats before they can cause damage.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Alert Logic's security solutions can be pricey and complex to configure and manage. However, its templates are helpful if you don't know how exactly create a custom security system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Alert Logic to protect various IT infrastructures and applications, including web servers, email servers and databases. I also use it to monitor and respond to security threats in real time.

A security solution that is always on the lookout
What do you like best about the product?
With Alert Logic, I can be sure that my organization's data is safe and secure. The solutions offered are always on the lookout for threats, which helps me to take proactive measures to protect the data. Additionally, I like that the company provides 24/7 support.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Alert Logic provides a high level of data security, the solution can be costly for some organizations. And the support team may not be able to address all inquires in a timely manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the software to protect all data stored in the cloud, on-premises, or hybrid environments. Alert Logic is also used to monitor compliance risks and investigate incidents.
Great place for all incidents, alerts and vulnerabilities
What do you like best about the product?
It's a great place for our business to look at threats and vulnerabilities across all platforms inclusing on prem, azure. Office 365, Salesforce and more. It is also very easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
it could be improved with further notes from the SOC team that have looked at the logs. this would help the speed of incident resolutions. Further integrations with 365 defender could also help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
to look through every piece of software and locate vulnerabilities is like a full time job for most orgs. this brings it all in one place and lets you focus on the most important.

Gives alert of every possible threat with detailed evidence.
The amount of information we are able to know about each endpoint is another benefit and the fact that we can deploy the app easily and conveniently is also another great benefit.

1. Pricing is comparatively high.
2. The investigation and Logging mechanism interface is complex that should be guided.

1. Managing overall network-level threat via email no additional tools or detection mechanism is needed if you are using this.
2. Vulnerability library is very useful for us to study different open issues.

It detects the good amount of attacks and detects suspicious signatures and provides alerts on the same along with incidents.

Sometime agent stop working without any reasons

Totally like its dashboard view which shows attack patterns, enabling for termination in real-time. It's network intrusion detection is outstanding. Integration with other applications is also good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few issues with it as far as cyber security is concerned. However, graphics could be improved and option for multi-factor authentication should be there to take it to the next level.

Its really been outstanding in detecting and eliminating threats in real-time. You are rest assured that you've got an ally covering your back as you concentrate on business.

The user interface is not as intuitive as it could be. Also, the price is on the high end.
Moreover, I like this software because it provides many security monitoring features. So, it is a good tool for me to use in my job.

Alert Logic has helped me as a Software Engineer on many tasks such as deployment, managing and scaling applications. I have been able to focus on my core business logic and functionality.
It has a perfect set of tools and services that I can use to secure my software.

There are many features I like about Alert Logic MDR. Still, some of my favorites include the comprehensive log collections, analysis, correlation capabilities, deep security visibility across the entire environment and deployment detection.
It responds well against incidents. It provides security and composure.

I don't like its lack of customization options and limited reporting capabilities. For me, these disadvantages are outweighed by the benefits of its managed services and its integrations with other security tools.
