Alert Logic is perfect for my job
What do you like best about the product?
The most favorite features of Alert Logic MDR are its speed, accuracy, and ability to find new vulnerabilities.
1. Speed: we can quickly find and fix vulnerabilities with the help of MDR.
2. Accuracy: it is very accurate in identifying potential security threats.
3. Ability to find new vulnerabilities: MDR can identify new potential security threats, which helps us to keep our systems secure.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few features of Alert Logic MDR that I dislike. Firstly, the fact that it is a cloud-based service means that it relies on internet access, which can be unreliable. Its main disadvantage is its price. Additionally, it can be hard to set up and configure, and it may not be compatible with all systems.

I find navigation a little tricky because I can't easily find some features when I need them. Creating custom alerts is uncomfortable when I use the software in the cloud. I don't understand what happens.

I dislike the fact that Alert Logic is not available in all countries. Additionally, I think the pricing is too high for what is offered. And sometimes has few customization options in the interface.
