Good Marketing Platform with a Great Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy using the Zeta Marketing Platform. The dashboard is one of its best features—it's clean, intuitive, and makes it easy to monitor campaign performance and customer engagement. The platform is fast and efficient, and I appreciate how it brings together data and personalization tools in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is generally user-friendly, navigating to specific options can sometimes be confusing. It would be helpful if the interface had a more streamlined layout or improved search functionality to make it easier to find certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zeta makes it easy to track and understand campaign performance at a glance. The dashboard provides clear, real-time insights, which helps us quickly assess what’s working and where we need to adjust—saving time and improving decision-making.

What do you like best about the product?
Effective. Efficient. Straight forward and product can be easily worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be overwhelming with the number of products/platforms that Zeta offers - so many choices. Sometimes these additional products to compliment what you have cost extra.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continuous and periodic Digital eMail Campaigns to our audience without much human analysis and intervention. Improving brand awareness. Capturing sales from a segment where we could never reach previously.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how we the options are endless. There is a data and analytics tab that can help us out on many tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many tabs that I feel like could be made clearer for their intended use. Platform offers so much, however maybe a training could be helpful or videos on what each tabs potential is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us see how our account is performing. With this we better understand optimization potential. Also gives us visibility
It's been great so far! But still there is room for improvement!

How easy to navigate it is.. and above all the support we are offered in any moment of crisis.
What do you dislike about the product?
2 things, I wish there were more learning webinars during lunch that I could hop on and learn more on, or emails like "Best marketing tactics for Father's Day" "Best catchphrases for valentines day"
I know some service providers who do this regularly like Attentive and would love Zeta starting to initiate some of this. Also if we could have mini conferences in other states based on where your clients are based.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue omy work taking way longer than it should as it rarely freezes on me (because I work with huge amounts of data) and the overall ease helps me do more in little time.

The ZMP is adding an extra layer of depth in our media performance that is insightful for our team and client

What do you like best about the product?
Zeta's platform and data behind it really works to get customers. The 1:1 delivery and match back proves performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Minimum level spend is creeping up as the platform grows, making it more difficult for smaller advertisers to benefit from the it.

What do you like best about the product?
Zeta has given us some of the best performance results of any display campaign/partner I've used, across agencies, for years. The team is on it, they're easy going, but they work their tail off for us. Nothing but good things to say!

I am required to provide an answer, but the truth is, nothing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily performance marketing across a number of channels, integrated together and often needing meaningful testing to determine impact. So, we do brand lift and store traffic studies, as well. And every campaign has delivered.
Zeta Is a Great Add to Your Marketing Automation Stack
What do you like best about the product?
There is an easy lift compared to other platforms in a similar marketspace.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functionality may require a developer rather than being easily leveraged OOTB.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zeta alleviated some of the issues we were seeing in other CDPs that are positioning themselves in the all-in-one platform space. Reporting is more robust, implementation is easier and data management is more streamlined.
